Another day, another bikini picture!
Kim Kardashian shared yet another sexy snapshot of herself on Instagram, posing in a two-piece while tanning in Punta Mita, Mexico on Thursday.
Wearing an orange string bikini, Mrs. Kanye West showed off her gorgeous tan while relaxing on a white lounge chair at good friend and "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis' home, Casa Aramara.
"Last day to get my tan in..." she wrote along with the steamy snap.
The
newlywed was enjoying a little R&R in Mexico while West works on
his upcoming album. While the famous family spent some time catching
rays, they also celebrated one of North West's big milestones.
The proud mama shared that her little one has taken her first steps, and she posted an adorable pic of her tiny tot.
"Our
baby girl finished one week of swimming lessons today then took her 1st
steps right when she got out of the pool!!!! Mommy & Daddy are so
proud of you!!!! Photo cred: Daddy," Kim wrote.
The picture shows
little Nori all wrapped up in a yellow towel after having some fun in
the pool while Kim plants a big smooch on her face.
Daddy Kanye West isn't seen in the pic since he's behind the camera, but we can only guess that he's flashing a big smile!

Foods for Perfect Skin
Are you tired of using different expensive and ineffective beauty
products? It’s time to throw away all those ineffective products and
start eating foods for perfect skin. While some foods can
aggravate your skin, others can enhance it. Check out a list of 10 foods
to eat every day for perfect skin.
Red bell peppers are a tasty vegetable that can be enjoyed either cooked or raw. One red bell pepper contains more than 100% of your daily vitamin C needs. It also contains significant amounts of dietary fiber and vitamin B6. Moreover, it is rich in carotenoids that can help prevent wrinkles and increase blood circulation to your skin, helping it look more youthful. Due to their carotenoids, red bell peppers are also great to fight acne.
A red bell pepper is a perfect, low calorie snack that contains about 30 calories and has a really satisfying crunchy bite. Keep slices of red bell peppers in the fridge, so you will always have something healthy and tasty to reach for when you are having a snack attack. The fiber that a bell pepper contains will help you to feel full longer with very little calories. Plus, you will have a flawless skin!
This is one of my favorite foods to eat every day for perfect skin! Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants, fatty acids and flavanols that promote glowing skin. The antioxidants in dark chocolate will help reduce roughness in your skin and protect it against sun damage. Moreover, cocoa relaxes arteries, increasing blood circulation that leads to healthier skin.
I usually buy cocoa powder or raw cacao for less fat. And if you like dark chocolate, eat your ounce of dark chocolate every day and make sure you choose at least 80% cacao content in order to avoid milk and added sugars found in a traditional chocolate bar.
Salmon is an excellent food to fight stress, anxiety, and depression. Salmon also provides most of your daily vitamin D needs. And as you may already know, Vitamin D is responsible for keeping your heart, bones, colon and brain healthy. It also helps prevent colon cancer, anxiety, depression, heart disease and bone disease.
Salmon is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids that are excellent for fighting inflammation, wrinkles and acne. Its high omega-3 content also helps hydrate your skin from the inside out. Moreover, eating salmon keeps your scalp hydrated and promotes strong, healthy hair.
Coconut oil is one of the richest sources of saturated fat with about 90 percent of calories as saturated fat. It contains lauric acid, a powerful antibacterial and antiviral agent that keeps away viruses, infections, inflammation and acne. Coconut oil is also rich in essential fatty acids and Vitamin E, which are perfect for keeping your skin moist, soft, and wrinkle-free.
I use coconut oil as a body cream and consume 1 tbsp. of raw coconut oil every day. Coconut oil is especially good for your thyroid. Plus, there’s considerable evidence that this oil can help lose weight. So many health benefits, don’t you think?
Well, so I know green tea is actually a beverage, but tea leaves come from a plant! Even though I love black tea, I drink green tea every day because I know that it is a great source of antioxidants and a unique amino acid, L-theanine that helps relax your body and lower stress.
When the tea is hot, the bionic brew releases catechins, a kind of antioxidant with proven anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. Green tea may also reduce your risk of developing high blood pressure. Drink 3 or more cups of tea every day for better results.
Spinach is a healthy and nutrient-rich food you should certainly include in your everyday diet. You may hate spinach, but it is a wonderful source of iron, folate, chlorophyll, Vitamin E, magnesium, Vitamin A, fiber, plant protein, and Vitamin C. Due to their antioxidant abilities, Vitamins C, E, and A are especially great for your skin.
Spinach contains antioxidants that fight against all types of skin problems. Add it to your everyday diet and see what happens. By eating spinach, you’re just cleaning your skin from the inside out!
Chia seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds are all great for your skin. Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are both rich in selenium, Vitamin E, magnesium and protein. Selenium and protein keep all wrinkles away, Vitamin E enhances moisture in your skin and magnesium lowers your stress levels. The healthy Omega 3 fatty acids in flax, chia and hemp seeds are perfect for fighting wrinkles and acne. Plus, these seeds are rich in protein.
Just sprinkle seeds right on top of your salad or oatmeal and enjoy the great taste as well as perfect skin. I like to add seeds to a fruit yogurt, I think it tastes even better. I also add raw pumpkin seeds in my oh-so delicious smoothies. And what are your favorite seeds? How do you eat them?
Another food to eat daily for perfect skin is celery. Many of us underestimate this veggie, but celery contains Vitamin K that keeps the blood circulation healthy and helps to reduce high blood pressure. This can reduce your stress level, and as you know stress can cause bad skin, migraines and even cancer.
Celery also contains natural sodium, potassium and water, and can help to prevent dehydration. I hope you know that dehydrated skin means dryness, flaking, wrinkles, and even breakouts. Make sure you consume celery every day or at least every other day. If you are counting calories, don’t worry, celery is very low in calories!
Papaya is a wonderful fruit which has a rich history and numerous nutritional benefits. It is very low in calories (only 39 calories per 100 g!) and also contains no cholesterol. So if you are trying to lose weight, consider eating papaya every day to maximize its health benefits.
A great beauty food, papaya is low in fructose and is excellent for digestion! The antioxidant nutrients found in it, including Vitamins C and E and beta-carotene, are great at reducing inflammation and acne. Moreover, Vitamin C may also protect your skin against sun damage.
Carrots are good not only for your eyes, but also for your skin. They are especially good for clearing up breakouts. Carrots are rich in vitamin A and they help prevent the overproduction of cells in the outer layer of the skin. That’s where excess sebum combines with dead cells and clogs pores.
Another great reason to snack on some carrots is because Vitamin A reduces the development of skin-cancer cells. So make sure you nibble on a half-cup of baby carrots every day for perfect skin. I love carrots and I think they make a great snack.
You don’t have to eat all these foods every day, but even some of them would be great! Be sure to avoid junk foods, too much sugar, trans fats and refined carbs for the best skin possible. Which of these foods do you eat every day? Share your thoughts, please, and thanks for reading!

Corpse Of Senior Advocate Of Nigeria Stolen From Enugu Mortuary
The corpse of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Chief
Theodore Ezeobi, who died about four months ago was reportedly stolen
from the mortuary of Mother of Christ Specialist Hospital in Enugu, on
Wednesday, July 30.
A close hospital source claimed that the mortician discovered that the mortuary had been burgled when he went to deposit another corpse shortly after midnight. He was said to have a raised an alarm after he conducted a check and discovered that one of the corpses in his care had been removed. After which he informed the bereaved family of the development.
According to the daughter of the deceased, Chinelo Ezeobi, who spoke to Daily Sun on phone, the family was still in shock over the disappearance of the corpse. She said unknown persons broke into the mortuary and took away the corpse.
She added that the family had been having issues with the first son over the burial.
It was gathered that before the sudden disappearance of the corpse, the family of the deceased had been having issues over his burial. The first son, Theodore (Jnr) was said to be in disagreement with his mother and other siblings.
Following the development, the hospital mortician, some security men from the hospital and some top management staff were taken to the Central Police Station in Enugu for questioning. (naij.com)

Katy Perry Disses Lady Gaga: I'm Not Desperate Like That!
Katy Perry covers the new issue of Rolling Stone, and
she gave the iconic rock mag a remarkably candid interview in which she
opened up about everything from her divorce to her desire to have
children.
The most interesting quote from Katy, however, may be the one concerning her relationship with her fans:
"I'm not like a crazy, 'I'm gonna die for my fans type,'" Katy says. "Some people are so dramatic about it and you're like, 'Honestly, you're not the Second Coming! You're just an entertainer!'...I'm very grateful for fans' support, but I'm not thirsty or desperate."
Okay, so Katy doesn't mention anyone by name, but she's clearly talking about one of her peers, and when we think of pop stars around Katy's age who could be classified as "desperate" and overly devoted to their fans, only one name comes to mind...
Yes, the Mother Monster herself, Lady Gaga, has often been accused of spending too much time gushing about her fans and not enough time writing and recording quality new music.
Then again, Katy's better known for her ability to shoot whipped cream
from her boobs than her commitment to crafting sonic perfection, so
maybe she should keep her thoughts on the matter to herself.
Following rumors that Katy is trying to destroy Mariah Carey, this subtle Gaga diss could cement Parry's place as the Mean Girl of the pop world.
We'd criticize her for perpetuating negative female stereotypes, but meh...she can shoot whipped cream from her boobs, so she's cool with us:

Fashion? Rihanna Wears Only Her Bra & Boxers Out In NYC (PHOTOS)
So it looks like stylist Mel Ottenberg was being serious when he said Rihanna has run out of clothes to wear. Either that, or her drawer of phucks to give is absolutely empty. We think it’s the latter. First, she was showing off all of Victoria’s secrets in sexy sleepwear, but last night, it looks like the Bajan beauty put that fashion fad to bed. Rocking an ensemble that only she could wear and still be taken seriously on the concrete catwalk, the bad gal stepped out in New York City in nothing but her bra and panties, boxers. Why? Because she can—and she wasn’t anointed a fashion icon by CFDA for wearing things like, I don’t know, actual outfits and tops and bottoms like us non-fashion icon folks.
The bad gal attended a listening party at the VIP Room with her bestie Melissa in a black bralette paired with a $40 Shaun Samson ‘Blow Me’ boxers, but covered up in an oversized denim jacket from her River Island collection and $725 Manolo Blahnik ‘Chaos’ sandals.

R.Kelly’s suffers again for ‘child pornography’ [Must Read]
R Kelly was billed to headline ‘Fashion meets music festival, Ohio on 29 August, but that is no more happening after several protests by locals and other artists performing at the festival. Fellow performers ‘Saintseneca and ‘Damn The Witch Siren were among those leading the protests against R Kelly, posting an open letter refusing to play the festival as long as he did. Saintseneca wrote on their website, “We feel his selection as a performer ignores his very serious allegations of sexual violence and assault.” Although R Kelly was acquitted on all charges of making child pornography back in 2002, people apparently haven’t forgotten. Communications director of the festival, Melissa Dickson said, “Fashion Meets Music Festival and headlining artist R Kelly have come to the mutual decision to cancel Kelly’s upcoming performance at the inaugural Fashion Meets Music Festival.”

or lamb meat can be used instead. The traditional recipe also uses utazi
(a native bitter leaf). I have substituted a mix of spinach and
dandelion leaves which approximates the taste of utazi.
