Exercising regularly is key to good health.
For Kate Henshaw, it’s something she’s always
been used to and recently launched a training DVD to encourage others
on good workout routines.
It seems the encouragement has struck a chord with Ini Edo who has
recently been worried about gaining weight. As such she has secured the
help of Kate Henshaw so that they can train together and keep her
motivated.
