Security Agencies Order Evacuation Of Nigerian National Assembly members Over Bomb Scare

Abuja - Reports reaching us indicate that the National Assembly members have been evacuated as information surfaced about explosive materials planted inside the building.

It would be recalled that police and security agencies have been on alert since yesterday's powerful explosion that occurred at the crowded Nyanya bus station. According to police reports, some 80 people were killed, while hundreds sustained injuries. However, eyewitnesses accounts suggest there were about 500 bodies at the scene of the accident.
Security agents have ordered lawmakers and staff members to vacate the building located  the Three Arms Zone, the high-security area in Abuja where the office of Supreme Court, as well as several federal buildings are also situated.
The Zone is not far away from the scene of the Monday's bombing. (Naij)
