The two sisters, Ejura Opaluwa and Unekwu Opaluwa, abducted nine days ago from their home in Karmo, Abuja, have been released this
morning and are now back home.
An uncle to the abducted girls, Mr Amadi Opaluwa,
confirmed it this morning. Although he was reluctant to say
whether or not the family paid the N150 million ransom demanded by their
captors.
“We are very grateful to God that the girls are back,”
the uncle said. “We are very excited.”
He added that the family will address a press conference tomorrow.
