Is Selena Gomez hugging Justin Bieber in a new Instagram picture? After a family friend tweeted and deleted that they were together in Canada over the weekend, many fans started thinking they may be back together. So when a photo surfaced of the on-again off-again couple, we were completely shocked — but is it actually them?

On June 11, a photo began circling the web that showed Justin — you could tell it was him because of his PATIENCE tattoo down his neck, leaning into Selena who was hugging him. The screengrab appeared to be from Justin’s Instagram and was captioned with “Our love is Unconditional.”

Of course, fans began freaking out and if you’re Team Jelena, you know that this could be real! On June 4, Justin liked one of Selena’s selfies and then on June 8, a friend of the family tweeted something that definitely sparked interest.

Victoria Nosko apparently tweeted out, “Had a awesome b day weekend. Thanks to @ErinWagner @JeremyBieber @justinbieber @selenagomez @CrazyKhalil had a blast!!” Then she deleted the tweet and tried covering it up!
“Oops wrong name in my last tweet…..what it meant to say…..,” she wrote. Then added, “Had an amazing b day weekend thank you @ErinWagner @JeremyBieber @justinbieber @pattiemallette @CrazyKhalil had a blast!!” Apparently it’s easy to mix up Selena’s name with Pattie Mallette‘s?
Then on June 10, Justin’s dad Jeremy Bieber started following Selena on Instagram!
