Nigeria’s most successful female preachers, Lady Apostle Helen Ukpabio,
has described the tale making the rounds that she was recently deported
from the United Kingdom, as untrue and unfounded.
According to
the film maker and the founder of Liberty Gospel Foundation Church, she
said that the viral information were not true as it was the handwork of
atheists.
“I was never deported from the U.K. I went to London
(South East, London specifically) for a programme, did my programme and
came back when I wanted. I traveled on April 4 and I returned on April
17th, to do a programme for Bishop N.E Moses of Overcomers Church, in
Lagos. Nobody deported me.”
She noted that if she were to be
deported, the U.K. Immigration would have moved her and handed her over
to the Nigerian Immigration and it would have been documented.
