The reality star has been very open about her difficulty in giving her daughter a sibling, as she and Kanye West continue to have unprotected sex in the hopes it will happen soon.

In an interview with Ross King for iTV's Lorraine yesterday, Kardashian said new episodes of her family's reality show will "follow my journey of trying to get pregnant for the second time, which has proven to not be as easy as the first time, but we're working on it."
You know, if we were cynical, we'd wonder whether Kim and Kanye are actually having trouble procreating or if this is just a Season 10 storyline producers hope will juice ratings.
The 34-year-old also gushed in the Q&A about her husband as a father, saying West is “very hands-on” with his daughter and just “loves her [Nori] so much!"
Does he change nappies, the host asked? Or diapers, in American speak?
"On occasion," Kim laughed as she replied.
Last year, Kim told Elle UK that she wants "a boy and another girl," adding that she’ll try “IVF if nothing happens,” though both she and Kanye “want to keep trying naturally.”
And, hey, if E! cameras want to follow the stars around as they do so... who is Kim to stop them?!
