Panic In Lagos Court As ‘Strange’ Snake Chased New Magistrate Out Of Court Chamber

There was panic at the Ejigbo Magistrates’ court when the new Magistrate, Mr Akeem A. Fashola officially resumed work after his recent transfer by the Lagos Judiciary, Lagos State.

A snake was found in the chamber which caused pandemonium. The incident happened on Monday after the court opened and Fashola was about to begin proceedings.
According to PMNews, a few minutes after Fashola resumed and sat in the chamber, a green snake appeared from nowhere in the chamber which forced both the Magistrate and court officials to flee. The prosecutor, Femi Adeleye, and security men attached to the court searched for the snake and eventually killed it before normalcy could be restored. How the snake gained entrance into the court chamber was a mystery to the court officials because the former Magistrate, Mr Peter Nwaka, who was transferred to Apapa court had moved out his personal belongings from the chamber without any incident. According to the security guard attached to the court (name withheld) Fashola officially resumed for work on Monday and as he entered into the chamber and sat down, the court cleaner went into the chamber to do some cleaning up. While she was cleaning the chamber, the snake came out suddenly. The court is located near the airport compound which had been over grown by weeds over the years.

Photo: Gay People Now Walk Around Dancing Unclad In South Africa

A daring male sex show has hit the township streets of South Africa – where gay men take up raunchy positions, dancing naked and simulating different sex positions in broad daylight.
south africa
They were all men and didn’t care they were in a busy street in Soshanguve township, north of
Pretoria. This is a new sex dance craze known by its practitioners as “Cava”.

It all started with a dance-off, but quickly turned into a stripping and humping fest. The infamous and provocative display bystanders capture on their phone cameras shows naked men groping each other in sexual positions. The spectacle has set tongues wagging in the township.

The latest show took place last Friday afternoon in Block G, according to locals. Photos and video footage show half-naked men dancing and groping each other while their private parts are exposed.

They can be seen simulating sex positions, including the most notorious one showing three men simulating a threesome.

Witnesses told Sowetan that Cava was a common spectacle in GaRankuwa. They said some of the Cava sessions included girls who spiced up the sex performances with their own styles.

“These things happen at night over the weekends. I was surprised this one was happening during the day. Those guys were drunk,” said resident Sipho Mngomezulu.

He said the craze was started by gay men in the area, who were later joined by other men who were not gay.

Siyanda Zulu said night-time Cava sessions included actual sexual acts.

“These people drink and express their immorality,” said Zulu. There are usually cars and taxis parked around and playing music when this is happening. Some of the people end up having sex in the cars or going to nearby bushes and dark alleys.”

An unoccupied building in Block G is said to be the venue for these weekly gatherings of booze and sex.

Naledi Selesho, who runs a business stall near one of the venues for Cava gatherings, said she often found used condoms, beer bottles and cigarette butts thrown around the area.

Lydia Moholo, whose family home is not far from the area, said their attempts to end the gatherings had proved unsuccessful.

“There is no direct offense towards us. But we don’t want these immoral things happening close to our houses and children,” said Moholo.

She did not say how they had tried to stop the sex shows.

Despite the outcry of the residents over the sex parties, the police spokesman in neighbouring Soshanguve said police did not know anything about Cava.

Warrant Officer Lolo Mangena said he was not aware of any complait by resident about the public sexual acts.

Tyga: Cheating on Kylie Jenner With Transgender Porn Star Mia Isabella?

Tyga Transsexual Cheating Scandal — Kylie Jenner’s Boyfriend Denies Affair With Porn Star | Radar Online
We learned that Kylie suspects Tyga of cheating and may have even hired a private detective in hopes of catching the 25-year-old rapper in the act.
Tyga Photo Mia Isabella Photo
Radar Online is reporting that Tyga has been caught sending sexually explicit texts to transgender porn star Mia Isabella, with whom he has allegedly carried on a three-year affair.

The website claims to have obtained screenshots that show what appears to be a photo of Tyga's p*n*s (the torso tattoos match up) that he sent to Isabella.

If the allegations are true, then the affair would have also overlapped with Tyga's relationship with Blac Chyna.

An attorney for Tyga claims the whole thing is an elaborate setup orchestrated by a rival artist.

Tyga has not spoken publicly about the allegations, but the fact that the alleged affair was uncovered shortly after Kylie hired a detective at her family's insistence does not bode well for the rapper.

Tyga and Kylie had reportedly been planning to go public as a couple after her 18th birthday next month.

The news of Tyga's alleged infidelity comes the same week that Kylie's half-sister Kourtney dumped Scott Disick upon learning that he cheated on her while on vacation in France.

Sad: How 4 Guys Abducted & Gang-Raped 16-Year-Old Virgin In Lagos

Four young men are currently cooling their heels in one of the dreaded cells of the State criminal Investigation Department, (SCID) Yaba, Panti for allegedly gang raping a 16-year-old virgin (names withheld) in Orile area of Lagos while on her way from school.

The suspects identified as Sunday Simeon, 18, from Akwa Ibom state; Adebayo Omoniyi 18, from Ondo state; Nnaemeka Uzodinma 24, from Imo state and Seyi (surname unknown) who is currently on the run attacked, abducted and gang raped the victim who is a JSS 3 student on June 23, 2015.

Source learnt that the suspects attacked the victim after one of the suspects; Adebayo took the victim’s phone around Arikeuyo junction while returning from school at Orile.

It was gathered that while the victim was struggling with Adebayo, his partners-in-crime dragged her into a tricycle and rode her to no 15 Unity Close in Orile Iganmu.

When they got there they took off her school uniform and raped her one after the other starting from Adebayo.

It was gathered that after successfully raping the victim, one of the suspects Adebayo suggested to the other gang members that they kill the victim and throw her corpse into the canal so that she won’t expose them.

But another member of the gang, Seyi pleaded with them to be cautious with Adebayo’s advice, instead advice his colleagues to threaten the victim rather than kill her.

Hearkening to Seyi’s advice the suspects threatened to kill her with a cutlass if she ever mentioned to anyone what they did to her or that they gang raped her.

Later they collected her phone number and rode her back to Alako area in Orile while Sunday gave her N100 to board a commercial vehicle home.

According to a source close to the family who spoke to Vanguard on the condition of anonymity said: “when the victim came back from school it was obvious that something was wrong as she was walking with difficulty, her uniform torn, she was bleeding because she sustained severe bruises all over her vagina”.

“Her parents who saw her torn uniform and noticed the way she walked asked what had happened to her and she told them how she was attacked by four men who raped her on her way back from school.

Immediately her father took her to Orile Divisional Police station to report the incidence.
Fortunately while she was at the station with her father the suspects kept calling and threatening to kill her if she told anyone what they did to her”.

Meanwhile the victim was taken to Ifelodun Ajeromi Government Hospital where she received treatment after a series of test were carried out on her which confirmed that he has been sexually abused.

Vanguard learnt that the police advised her to lure the suspects who were calling and threatening her by telling them that she was coming to see them again after school the next day. Unknown to them that it was a trap and that her parents had notified the police, they bought the idea.

At the agreed time she went there with the detectives who succeeded in arresting one of the suspect’s Nnaemeka Uzodinma, his arrest eventually led to the arrest of two others.

It was gathered that the victim’s blood stained pant and the cutlass which was used to threaten her have been recovered from the suspects one-room apartment in Orile.

The suspects who are currently being investigated at the State Criminal Investigation Department, yaba, Panti would soon be arraigned in court.

Reporting from Vanguard,, No fewer than 20 persons were killed on Monday in an early morning crash around Irepeni, along Abuja-Lokoja-Okene highway. About 25 cows were also killed in the incident.

An eyewitness said a luxury bus with number plates KRD 799 LC, which was heading to Abuja from Lagos, suddenly ran into the road block mounted by armed bandits. As the bus was trying to avoid the blockade, a truck, with number plates KTN 711 YZ, loaded with cows, reportedly rammed into it, killing several people on the spot.

He said scores of corpses and mangled bodies of some of the victims littered the road before men of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, arrived the scene to evacuate them.

He said: “About six heads were severed from their bodies. FRSC officers, police and sympathisers all combined to gather body parts into nylon bags, which were conveyed along with the corpses to the mortuary.”

Vanguard also gathered that 25 dead cows were counted at the scene of the accident, while the surviving ones were seen milling around the scene of the accident.

The accident was said to have resulted in a traffic gridlock along the highway, as motorists had to take bush paths to escape the gridlock. When contacted, the state sector commandant of FRSC, Mr. Charles Abochi, who confirmed the accident, however put the human casualty figure at 12.

'I Watched As My 2 Children Were Blown Up In Jos Bomb Blast'

Survivors of the bomb blast in Dilimi Yantaya Mosque where Sheikh Yahaya Jingir was conducting Tafsir have given a vivid account of how the blast occurred in the area.

A widow identified as Mama Peter has disclosed that she lost two of her children in the Bauchi road motor park blast.

Mama Peter who was a food vendor at the park when the explosion occurred said her two children were helping out to serve food to customers before the explosions consumed the two of them. She wept disconsolately as she told her story.

Another resident, Malam Ademu, a dealer of textile materials who escaped narrowly, said they were inside the mosque listening to a sermon when all of a sudden they heard sporadic gunfire coming from all directions which were accompanied by laud explosions.

He said immediately the explosions occurred, the light went out and the whole place was plunged into total darkness with panic-stricken people falling over themselves. He added that dead bodies littered the ground as people ran helter-skelter, with those who sustained serious injuries crawling around on the ground, crying for help.

At the Plateau Specialist Hospital, Jos, It was observed that corpses littered the ground as relatives of victims tried to identify them either by the shirts or shoes they wore, as many of them were mutilated beyond recognition.

A medical worker on condition of anonymity said some of the corpses were yet to be claimed because they were burned and mutilated.

Meanwhile, the death toll from the twin bomb blasts that rocked a Mosque at Dilimi Yantaya and a restaurant at Bauchi road motor park in Jos North local government area of Plateau State on Sunday night has risen to 44.

It was learnt that some of the dead had been buried, but the injured are receiving treatment at various hospitals, namely, the Plateau State Specialist Hospital, Our Lady of Apostle hospital, Bingham University Teaching Hospital (Jankwano) and Sunnah Hospital, Angwan Rimi, all in Jos, the Plateau State capital.

Among the dead the husband of former Plateau State commissioner of tourism during Chief Joshua Dariye’s tenure, Hajiya Fati Kyari. Mr. Kyari’s body was pierced with bullets.

The coordinator, North Central, National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mr. Mohammed Abdulsalam said 44 people lost their lives while 47 others were critically injured in the twin blasts.

Abdulsalam told journalists at the premises of the Plateau State Hospital, Jos, that a majority of the wounded were admitted at the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Plateau Specialist Hospital.

“This was the first hospital we brought them to but because of the casualty figure, the hospital facility was overstretched so we took some of them to Bingham University Teaching Hospital, Jankwano and Our Lady of Apostle Hospital,” he said, adding that the agency had made provisions for some consumables to be used in treating the patients.

In reaction to blast at Yantaya Mosque in Jos, youths in the area allegedly set ablaze the Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Dilimi.

The church had suffered a series of destruction in past riots but has remained the only one still standing in this area.

Meanwhile, the Plateau State governor, Simon Lalong, has described the attacks on his state as unfortunate and highly condemnable, even as he called on residents of Jos North and the entire citizens of the state to remain calm and to “stand in solidarity with one another in the face of the onslaught by agents of death on our collective resolve to remain as one united people in spite of ethnic and religious differences.”

According to a statement issue and signed by the director, Press and Public Affairs, to the governor, Samuel Emmanuel Nanle, it is regrettable that at a time when Muslim faithful are settled to the fulfilment of a religious obligation, agents of death, chaos and anarchy have chosen to disrupt the peace of the state by orchestrating a spade of sporadic bomb blasts to portray a state of dissatisfaction that pitches otherwise peaceful co-inhabitants against themselves.

Governor Lalong also urged president Mohammadu Buhari to return military checkpoints in order check future recurrence.

The governor further directed all medical institutions in the state to respond to medical situations at government expense with respect to the emergency situation at hand.

Also, a member representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Istifanus Gyang, yesterday strongly condemned the twin bomb attacks at Jos metropolis on Sunday night.
