David Beckham Posing for a New H&M ad Campaign: So Very Hot

The World Cup may over for fans of the U.S. Men's National Team.

But David Beckham is giving us a reason to remain excited over soccer.
The ridiculously attractive British baller is posing for a new H&M ad campaign, showing off some seriously ripped abs and an overall impressive physique on behalf of the clothing company.
"I'm really excited about my new Bodywear collection," Beckham says in a statement. "It has a heritage sportswear feel, with a focus on function and, of course, a great fit. As with everything in my collection, quality pieces with a masculine edge are key. I hope everyone will love them as much as I do."
When David Beckham underwear photos are at hand, we're pretty confident everyone will love them.

Red Palm Oil As A Moisturizer For Dry Afro Hair

Red Palm Oil is also great for dry hair. Especially natural afro-textured hair. It moisturizes dry hair giving it shine, bounce, softness and manageability without being heavy or weighing the hair down. The hair's ends retains softness and bounce.

Red Palm Oil should be used in moderation as a leave-in conditioner on the hair and you won't need the use of water, oil, butters, or cream-based hair lotions to moisturize your hair. Your hair will stay moisturized and shiny for about a week or so, especially if it is in a protective style.

Red Palm Oil is red in color and does not go on clear like other yellow or golden colored oils. It stains yellow like curry or turmeric so it is best to cover hair when sleeping or use an old towel/t-shirt if using this as an oil rinse or in a conditioner or shampoo. So don't slather it on your hair as it will drip all over.

It is semi-solid and has a buttery but faint carroty smell so if used to moisturize/condition hair, it is best to use pin sized drops when moisturizing hair so that the smell won't be overpowering since it smells more buttery than carroty.
Other than that, I recommend this over coconut oil, argon oil or any other oil for moisture, shine, softness and bounce to combat dry, dull looking, damaged hair.

I've just tried this oil on my hair because I'm a Doubting Thomas. I wanted to prove it doesn't work. So 3 days later, I took down one of my twists to see whether there would be breakage and/or dryness (I'd used pin drops in case the oil wasn't adaptable to my hair). To my surprise my hair is soft, shiny, bouncy and moisturized which is totally unbelievable for my textured hair. Even my ends were soft! I took down a few more twists and saw the same results. I should say this has never happened to my hair before. Perhaps it's the rich mounts of Vitamin E that's in the oil compared to less in other oils.

As a natural, I've tried everything and nothing worked. Moisturizing shampoo/conditioner dried out my hair/ends, even those that were natural and sulfate free. Coconut oil and organ oil or my other oil combinations had to be applied every day or so to keep my hair moisturized and the ends from breaking but they never gave my hair shine. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar or Water/glycerin kept my hair soft and dull looking but never shiny.

I never go around writing on blogs commenting or recommending anything for hair as everyone's hair is different and has different needs. However, I will recommend this for those who have dry damaged hair and want soft, shiny, bouncy moisturized hair. (RML)

Movie Director Blast Genevieve Nnaji

Click for Full Image Size

Few days ago Nollywood star actress Genevieve Nnaji’s in an interview, addressed her absence from the Nollywood screens and why she can’t accept some scripts.

Her comments have angered a Nollywood movie director, Mac Collins Chidebe as the director is not happy with what she said about the industry, so he allegedly sent out the following statement

“Genevieve has just insulted the industry that made her who she is today and what effort has she made to help improve Nollywood? Those days in Enugu when Genevieve was growing in Nollywood, our movies were not rubbish; she has grown now, made money, fame, popularity etc. How much has she invested in this Industry that made her?"

"All the while she was busy waiting for Titanic scripts, Nollywood was trying their best to keep the flag flying waiting for her to come back and take the industry to the next level. Artistes should stop biting the fingers that fed them. We made them stars; we are waiting for them to come back and take the industry to the next level. Instead of blasting Nollywood, come and improve Nollywood”

Kim Kardashian Loves Being a Mom, Tries to Make Time for Herself

She is no longer the Kim Kardashian sex tape star. Or the serial athlete dater.
No, Kim Kardashian is now a mother - and it's a role she's fully embraced, Kim told Julia Restoin-Roitfeld (for her blog, Romy & the Bunnies) this week.
"I love being a mom!" Kardashian said. "It's the most rewarding feeling! I really love every phase! Just the way my daughter laughs with me, all of the small things in life you appreciate!"
Morning, Kim and Nori! A Kiss for North

Kim and kompany celebrated North West turning a year old last month, throwing the child an elaborate, Coachella-themed party.
However, despite her clear happiness as a parent, Kim admits not everything has been easy.
"I took a hiatus after I had the baby, and found it challenging to start working again because I didn't want to spend any time away," she explained about the most challenging aspect of motherhood. "But you adjust and prioritize, and just figure it out!"
Very sound advice. And it helps when you have millions of dollars, along with full-time help.
Kim added that she’s become more “selective” with her projects, choosing when she wants to work and when she wants to stay at home with North.
What advice can she offer other parents?
"You have to remember though to make time for yourself. If you feel good, you will be happy in your career and family life and everyone is happy!
Profound stuff, people. The kind of thing you can only hear from Kim Kardashian. We hope you're taking notes.

His crazy side though......lol!

Pepsi CEO, Indra Nooyi, Says Successful Career Women Can't Have it All. Do You Agree?

Speaking at the Aspen Ideas Festival this week, Nooyi said that women “cannot have it all,” and that “the biological clock and the career clock are in total conflict with one another. Total and complete conflict.”

“Stay-at-home mothering was a full-time job,” Nooyi says. “Being a CEO of a company is three full-time jobs rolled into one. How can you do justice to all? You can’t. The person that hurts the most with this whole thing is your spouse.”

Having a successful career and children is an exercise in hard choices, compromise, depending on other people, and coming up with coping mechanisms, she says:

"I don't think women can have it all. I just don't think so. We pretend we have it all. We pretend we can have it all. My husband and I have been married for 34 years. And we have two daughters. And every day you have to make a decision about whether you are going to be a wife or a mother, in fact many times during the day you have to make those decisions.

And you have to co-opt a lot of people to help you. We co-opted our families to help us. We plan our lives meticulously so we can be decent parents. But if you ask our daughters, I'm not sure they will say that I've been a good mom. I'm not sure. And I try all kinds of coping mechanisms.

My observation, David, is that the biological clock and the career clock are in total conflict with each other. Total, complete conflict. When you have to have kids you have to build your career. Just as you're rising to middle management your kids need you because they're teenagers, they need you for the teenage years.

And that's the time your husband becomes a teenager too, so he needs you (laughing). They need you too. What do you do? And as you grow even more, your parents need you because they're aging. So we're screwed. We have no... We cannot have it all.

The person who hurts the most through this whole thing is your spouse. There's no question about it.
“Raj always says to me,’Your list is PepsiCo, PepsiCo, PepsiCo, our two kids, your mom, and then at the bottom of the list is me,’” Nooyi says."

 Tupac Shakur Portraits

We know 2Pac is dead and gone (sadly), but just for the sake of conspiracy, could he be alive?

Well, maybe! An unidentified man attended the 2014 BET Awards ceremony dressed like the late rapper, complete to his bandanna and skin hair cut.

Could he be Pac?

Check him out below!

This surely looks like him…

Beyonce Hints That Jay Z Cheated on Her in Concert?

Rumors that Jay Z cheated on Beyonce have been circulating for months now, with no official response from either half of the power couple.
However, it now seems Queen Bey may have finally addressed the allegations during a recent concert.
beyonce-jayz-550x635
That's Bey performing during a stop on her and Jay's On the Run tour. She's singing an as-yet-unreleased song entitled "Resentment" that tells the tale of a woman who's been cheated on.
Observant fans noticed that Bey changed the lyrics at certain points, possibly to more accurately reflect her own situation:

A line that originally read, "I'll always remember feeling like I was no good/Like I couldn't do it for you like your mistress could," has been changed to:
"I'll always remember feeling like I was no good/Like I couldn't do it for you like that wack bitch could."

Okay, so artists improvise and change lyrics to songs during live performances all the time. But it's the changes that Bey made at the 3:25 mark that are really raising questions:
The lines: "Been riding with you for six years...I gotta look at her in her eyes and see she's had half of me," have been changed to:
"Been riding with you for 12 years...I gotta look at her in her eyes and see she's had half of me. She ain't half of me. That bitch will never be me."

Yeah, she sounds pretty angry. We think you might have your 100th problem, Jay.
