18 year old Missing Girl Found Dead, Raped by Gangsters while Working as a Prostitute!
Policemen attached to the Orile Police Division in Lagos State have apprehended two gangsters for allegedly raping and killing an 18-year-old commercial sex worker, Oluwatosin Ami. PUNCH Metro reports that the suspects, John-Paul Chukwuebuka, 19; and Ebuka Chimudi, 22; belonged to a gang which specialized in luring young ladies to hotels with the aim of dispossessing them of their belongings and raping them.
According to police authorities, on April 10, 2013, two members of the gang posed as customers and visited the Happy Day Hotel, Orile. Oluwatosin was approached by the suspects and she took them into her room at the hotel which she secured at the cost of N3, 500 per day.The suspects overpowered Oluwatosin and stuffed a cloth in her mouth to prevent her from screaming. She was also bound by the hands, while the suspects took turns in raping her.Afterwards, the suspects stole her phone and money, locked her inside the room, took the key and tossed it into a canal.
A relative of the deceased said the following morning, when the hotel attendants wanted to clean the hotel rooms, they knocked on Oluwatosin's door but there was no response. It was learnt that the attendants then used a spare key to open the door and the corpse of Oluwatosin was found.
Her father, Babatunde, told PUNCH Metro that the matter was reported at the Orile Police Station and his daughter’s corpse was taken to the Mainland Hospital, Yaba. Babatunde said he had no idea that his daughter was a commercial sex worker. He said the family had been looking for her since December last year and had reported her missing at the Adeniji Adele Police Division on the Lagos Island. He said:
“My daughter was in JSS3 in 2012 when she dropped out of school. She said she wanted to be a sales girl and we got a job for her, but she did not stay there. Suddenly, in December last year, she left the house and did not return home. Her mother and I called her on the telephone several times, but she would say she was fine and putting up in a friend’s place. She used to visit her grandmother, but in January, she stopped picking calls. All attempts to get her proved abortive. We did not hear anything from her until we received a telephone call a few days ago, saying her corpse had been found in a hotel.”
The mother of the deceased, Muibat, lamented that Oluwatosin was her third child that would die within five years. She said the deceased was her first born and she had only two children remaining. She said she did her best as a parent and wondered why her daughter chose such a lifestyle.
When Punch correspondent approached the hotel for comment, the employee at the front desk said the management had given instruction that journalists should not be spoken to. However, an employee of the hotel told the police that the rule of the house was that more than two patrons should not be in a room at the same time. The employee said he was not aware that Oluwatosin had taken two people into her room.
The suspects, in their statements, confessed to killing Oluwatosin, but said it was by mistake. They said they only played a minor role in the crime as the prime suspects were still at large. The police explained that 19-year-old Chukwuebuka was arrested by members of the Odua Peoples Congress at City Point Hotel, Apapa, where he had gone to commit a similar crime. Through Chukwuebuka’s confession, Chimudi was arrested. Chukwuebuka identified other suspects as Williams, Victor, Joshua and Kojo. He said:
“We have been doing this thing for a while now. We have operated in brothels in Ajegunle and Kirikiri. I have raped over five girls, but none of them died. We operate in hotels where there is loud music and many rooms. We usually use rooms that are not located on the ground floor so if a victim shouts, no one would hear her.”

Kim Kardashian to Khloe: Stay Away from French Montana!
Khloe Kardashian has been warned once again about her latest boy toy.
"Kim is telling Khloe that she should be really careful with French after everything she just went through with Lamar," an insider tells Radar Online, referring, of course, to Khloe's failed marriage to Lamar Odom.
And why should Khloe watch herself in this new relationship?
"He’s got a lot of family drama that Khloe could get dragged into and Kim doesn’t want her to have a difficult romance this time," the source explains.
French Montana has a young son with Kharbouch, who alleges that he up and left as soon as his career took off.
She does acknowledge that he pays her $7,000 per month in child support, but also says little Kruz will go weeks without hearing from his dad.
Kim, meanwhile, is trying to use her own engagement to Kanye West as proof of what a healthy relationship looks like.
"Kim has said that Kanye doesn’t have any family problems or past relationships that hold him back from completely loving her and so that’s what she wants for Khloe.
"She wants to see her sister happy and she’s worried that French isn’t going to be able to fully commit to her sister. But the comparison irritates Khloe."
Neither Khloe nor Montana have publicly admitted they are dating, but recent footage depicted the pair slow dancing together. They have clearly seen each other naked.
A week after French Montana's estranged wife, Deen Kharbouch, told Khloe about how this rapper has abandoned her and their son, Kim Kardashian has supposedly come out and offered up her two cents as well.

Her mother, Gloria Adams, was later discovered in Intensive Care Unit at Wuse General Hospital and has since been visited by family.
A source in the Hospital said Gloria suffered severe injuries and is one of two left in ICU after one other patient died there.

Reasons You should Add Eggs to your Diet Plan
Eggs are one of the most popular items in a lot of our grocery
lists due to his numerous uses in the kitchen, and of course its
nutritional benefits.
They are delicious and help make us more beautiful by helping both the inside of our body, like our hearts, as well as the outside of our body, like our hair.
While eggs have gotten a bad reputation for a long time due to cholesterol fears, evidence in the British Medical Journal showed that when consumed in moderation, they may have no effect on heart disease or stroke.
Here are five amazing reasons to add eggs to your diet plan:
- Eggs may help to reduce the risk of cancer: Antioxidants in eggs may actually help to reduce the risk of both cancer and heart disease, two of the major killers in the United States, according to a 2011 study. Even though cooking eggs reduces the amount of antioxidants by half, that still leaves eggs with the same amount of antioxidants found in apples, according to researchers.
- Eggs may help to lower blood pressure: The protein in eggs could help reduce blood pressure by acting in the body the same way an ACE (angiotensin-converting-enzyme) inhibitor, a type of hypertension medication, would, according to a 2009 study. With a reduced risk of high blood pressure comes a reduced risk for heart disease as well -- an added benefit!
- Eggs can help in the development of babies: They're a must for pregnant women. Why? Because eggs are full of choline, a B vitamin that growing babies need for essential development of the brain. Choline supplementation has also been linked to a lower risk of mental disorders in babies, as well as a reduced risk of Down syndrome and dementia.
- Eggs can help reduce the urge for snacks in the evenings: This is a good one for people who are trying to cut down on excessive and unhealthy eating habits that bring about weight gain. Eating a high-protein breakfast helps ward off craving later in the day, according to a 2013 study. The high quality protein in eggs helped create greater satiety in individuals, which lasted all day long. So if you're trying to lose a few pounds and just can't shake your cravings for chips or sweets after 7 p.m., eggs may be something you'll want to consider earlier in the day.
- Eggs may improve your reflexes: A 2014 study found that tyrosine, an amino acid found in eggs, helped individuals with making quick responses to movements. Researchers noted that the tyrosine effect may actually help in situations such as driving where an instant decision can mean the difference between an accident and just a normal day on the road.
Keep in mind that you don't have to limit egg consumption to breakfast. Make hard-boiled eggs ahead of time and keep them on hand for snacks -- eggs are a great fuel source before a run. Or have them for lunch instead, mix things up a bit and enjoy healthy meals along with the health benefits they bring.
Just be sure to watch your overall daily animal protein intake. A March 2014 study showed that protein from animal increased mortality in adults under the age of 65. That doesn't mean you should never have animal protein sources like eggs; it just means that your eggs should come along with a well-rounded diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and protein sources from plants as well.

Beauty Of The Day: Happiness Chidinma Opara Blog Pours It All On Yul Edochie
Call him a Nollywood actor with the broadest and elegant smile, and you are not mistaken. Yul Edochie is the sons of veteran Nigerian actor, Pete Edochie, who strikes us as a man whose career path and amazing dexterity in the act has been pretty shaped from childhood.
As a young man who has gained for himself a huge factor in Nollywood by following the footsteps of his great father, Yul has shown to his fans his dedication, height and perseverance in the movie industry.
Born on the 7th of January, 1978 into a well-grounded Christian family made up of six children, the young handsome actor grew up partly in the eastern part of Nigeria, where he had his basic education and also in Lagos State. Yul is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where he obtained his B.A (Bachelor in Arts) degree in Theatre Arts.
The married father of three kids joined the film industry in the year 2005, and has since then featured in many blockbuster movies. Unlike his father who fits into ‘stern’ roles easily, soft-spoken Yul, maintains his cool, gentle lover attribute in movies.
The tall, handsome and good actor, known for his baritone voice with some bits of huskiness in it, has a career and fan base that has grown beyond bounds, and today, he is ranked as one of the most sought after actors in Nollywood.
