Keeping fans apprised of her pregnancy and its stage, Kim recently scoffed at the notion of naming her child South West.
She's also gone on multiple Twitter rants in which she slammed false reports that she's having twins... or having a boy... or actually not having a child at all herself.
Kim last week on social media tweeted:
"we are not having twins, yes I am carrying my own baby lol & we have not told anyone the sex of our baby yet!
"nothing is confirmed unless you hear it from me!"
Okay, fine then. We'll wait to hear from Kim about whether or not she is sporting a baby bump.
