Charles Novia, Nollywood director has lambasted some Nigerian celebrities trying to imitate the international celebrities by doing the ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, a disease that affects the nerves cells in the brain and spinal cord ) Ice Bucket Challenge that is currently trending.
According to him, Nigerian celebrities just want to trend on what the foreigners do for a good cause. He said some Nigerian Stars are people with second class mentality. He said the disease, ALS, doesn't affect Nigeria much, but Ebola does and none of the Nigeria celebrities have posted pictures with sanitizers or show they wash their hands to help spread the awareness.
