Google Warns Blogger Users Over Porn

Google has warned users of its Blogger platform that blogs containing sexually explicit images and videos will be made private on 23 March.
 
None of the blogs will be deleted, but they will no longer be publicly visible, the tech giant says.
People currently posting adult content are advised to either remove it or make their blogs private themselves.

Blogs created after the March deadline may be taken down if they contain adult material, the updated terms state.

Under the updated adult policy terms, nudity will be allowed on Blogger blogs only if it "offers a substantial public benefit, for example in artistic, educational, documentary, or scientific contexts".
Bloggers are already asked to use the tag "adult" if their site contains explicit material, which means a warning page appears before the site can be accessed.

Under its current terms, Google reserves the right to add that tag itself even if the blog author disagrees.

In 2013 the company banned Blogger sites from carrying adverts for adult websites.

Censorship Yahoo-owned Tumblr also adjusted its policies on hosting sexual content in 2013, hiding "adult" themed sites from its search tool but reinstated them after a social-media backlash.

Critics have dismissed Google's move as an unnecessary form of censorship.

"Adult content has historically been at the forefront of fighting for free speech and political dissent, and this won't be changing anytime soon," wrote journalist and sex columnist Violet Blue on ZDNet.

"Sexual and erotic expression is protected speech, and pornography is not illegal."

Ben Woolf: Mourned and Remembered by Friends and Colleagues

Ben Woolf has tragically passed away.
The diminutive actor, who stood 4'4" and who appeared as Meep on American Horror Story: Freak Show, was crossing a street in Hollywood last week when he was clipped by a vehicle's side view mirror.

He was rushed to the hospital, placed in critical condition and died of a related stoke on Monday evening.



"Ben was one-of-a-kind, and will never be forgotten," Woolf's rep tells E! News in a statement. "The time we all shared together will be remembered forever."

The 34-year old's organs will be donated to science and are expected to help save/improve the lives of approximately 50 people.

“RIP Ben Woolf. One of the most inspirational people I've ever met,” American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy wrote on Twitter, while actress Sarah Paulson added: "Ben Woolf... We will never forget you. RIP."

Former co-star Rose Siggins Tweeted of her late friend: "It was an honor to become your friend and a privilege to work with you on AHS.  I will miss you."

And veteran actor Michael Chiklis also chimed in with his thoughts/prayers, writing online:
"Just heard the awful news. RIP Ben Woolf. Such a sweet man and far too young to leave this world."

Kylie Jenner Shows Off Underwear in Latest Selfie

Sorry, Tyga. You're no longer the only person seeing Kylie Jenner in her underwear these days. Not that she's ever been shy about sharing the goods online.

With strong rumors of Tyga dating Kylie floating around the Internet, the 17-year old reality star has taken to Instagram not to confirm or deny this relationship...... but to pose in her skivvies.

My Parents Were Very Much Aware That I Was A Robber ─ Armed Robber Confesses

A member of an armed robbery gang, Mutiu Rasheed, who was arrested by the Lagos State Police Command, has confessed that his parents were very much aware that he was an armed robber.

Rasheed, along with two others ─ Ahmed Musiliu and Sodiq Dada ─ were nabbed by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad on February 5. The three suspects were rounded up by the police in the Isheri Berger area ─ a boundary area between Lagos and Ogun states.

The police said the suspects, who had confessed to the crime, made use of four locally-made guns, two of which had reportedly been recovered. Punch learnt that Musiliu was the first to be arrested by the police before he led detectives to apprehend the others.

During interrogation, the suspects were said to have confessed to have organized robberies during which many vehicles were stolen, including a Toyota Highlander, a Toyota Camry and a Toyota Sienna.

Speaking with PUNCH, 22-year-old Rasheed said his parents, who knew about his robbery operations, had warned him to return the guns in his possession, but he refused.

He said, “I stayed in Ketu with my parents where I worked in an aluminium company before joining the gang. My mother first knew about this when other gang members came to our house to report to her that I had fled with their guns to Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

“She then called me on the phone to return the guns, but I did not listen. I was using the guns to go on operations in the Ijebu Ode area.

“When we went out as a gang, we snatched vehicles which were usually Toyota products. We sold them, but the gang did not give me my correct share. Since the police arrested me, my parents have not come to check on me because they are aware of all my activities.”

The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Kenneth Nwosu, confirmed the arrest. He said, “They have made useful statements and investigations into their activities are ongoing.”

According to those close to production, Kris will hold a family meeting during an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10 in order to drop a bombshell on her family:

Someone has stolen a home surveillance video that features her strolling around in her birthday suit.

This individual broke into Jenner's iCloud, grabbed the footage and is now blackmailing her over it.

Jenner has filed a criminal complaint over the incident with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department and her kids will react in horror when they hear the news. Except for Kim, supposedly.

The insider, who was present for the taping, tells TMZ that Kim shrugs off the violation. Perhaps because she doesn't see the big deal in everyone seeing you naked.

If Bobbi Kristina Brown Hears My Voice SHE WILL WAKE UP: Nick Gordon

Bobbi Kristina Brown's estranged partner Nick Gordon is pulling out all the stops to see her, even implying that this could be what revives the ailing 21-year-old.

Gordon said in a statement last week that he desperately wants to see Bobbi Kristina in the hospital, but apparently those pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

As you know by now, Bobbi Kristina was found face down in her bathtub January 31, and has been hospitalized, in a medically induced coma, ever since.

Her self-professed husband has been persona non grata, with rumors surfacing that Brown's family banned Nick from visiting her in the hospital.

That would be a tall order if he were really her spouse - Nick and Bobbi claimed publicly that they got married last year - but it doesn't look like he is.

Krissie's father, the R&B singer Bobby Brown, said via his attorney that she is not married to Nick Gordon, nor has she ever been. So there's that.

Whatever their status is, he is turning up the pressure to get inside Bobbi Kristina's hospital room now, even stating that his presence could save her life.

Gordon took to Twitter to blast this public plea on Saturday night: "Let me in the hospital to see my girl and let her hear my voice  SHE WILL WAKE UP!!!"

She probably will not, much as we hope we're wrong there, and Gordon may be the one who needs to wake up and smell the coffee, so to speak.

Nick is the subject of a police investigation surrounding Bobbi Kristina, who sources say was reportedly on heroin and other drugs that fateful morning.

Injuries found on Bobbi Kristina's body when paramedics removed her body after she was found submerged in the bathtub have piqued police interest.

Nick has not been charged with a crime - nor has Max Lomas, their mutual friend who first saw her nearly drowning - but he is under some suspicion.

He says he's going public because he's getting nowhere with the Brown and Houston families, who have not only blackballed but threatened him.

It's not likely that the family members, who are holding a constant vigil and hold all the power in this case, or doctors will be swayed by Nick's plea.

Physicians have said that there is little they can do to revive Bobbi Kristina and that removing her from life support would be a medically sound decision.

Bobby Brown has resisted thus far, believing prayer can work miracles, and family members reportedly respect this even if they may privately disagree.

Krissie's mother, the late, great, Whitney Houston, died three years ago under eerily similar and tragic circumstances after drowning in a hotel bathtub.

It has just been confirmed that Bruce Jenner is definitely transitioning into a woman!
 
“Bruce is transitioning to a woman. He is finally happy and his family is accepting of what he’s doing.

He’s in such a great space. That’s why it’s the perfect time to do something like this,” a close source to the 65-year-old former Olympian shared to People.

The source added about Bruce‘s docu-series, “It will air when he is ready to be open about his transition. But he’s acting more and more confident and seems very happy. He’s being very smart about it and also respectful about his transition.

Instead of completely shocking everyone, his changes have been subtle, and his family has had the chance to slowly get used to his new looks and life.”

Evil: Man arrested for ordering the assasination of his bestfriend in Abuja

 

The Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Force Headquarters, Abuja have arrested a man for allegedly orchestrating the assassination of his best friend and kinsman, Tony Eze (pictured above) a 39yr old International businessman based in Abuja. Mr Eze was murdered in November 2014. 

 

According to what Vanguard reported, Tony, an aluminum dealer at the one of the markets in Abuja, was invited by his best friend to have drinks at a popular garden in Tungama area of Zuba in the outskirts of Abuja. 

 

Tony, a father of two and a native of Umuagede village in Nsukka L.G.A. of Enugu State was said to have been reluctant at first to go but after much persuasion, he accepted and after the closed of business that day, he left for the bar at about 5pm where he met with his friend and other kinsmen. 

 

After drinking, the men left in a convoy with Tony's car being the last in the convoy. While on their way, two men riding on a motorcycle drove close to Tony's car and shot him at close range. 

Eyewitnesses say his best friend and other kinsmen did not stop to check on him, saying they thought the gunshots they heard were fireworks. However when they got to the scene of the incident, they were said to have been reluctant to take their friend to the hospital. Police officers from Zuba police station later arrived the scene and took Tony to the hospital where efforts to revive him by doctors failed and he was pronounced dead.

Police in partnership with private investigators hired by Tony's family launched a full scale investigation which led to the arrest of one of the suspects who stole the deceased phone. It was discovered that the suspect was a fellow shop owner in the same market with the late Tony. Much drilling by the police led to him confessing that Tony's best friend and kinsman contracted him  and some others in their cult to murder his friend. He said they were paid N1.2million, some of them got N250,000 while others got N300,000 each.

Narrating how they carried out the murder operation, the suspect said Tony's best friend instructed them to get to the relaxation spot that day before them...

"He said that as soon as they were ready to go, his friend winked at them at the nearby table and they used their telephone to flash their colleagues who were positioned outside the area as a signal that they should proceed to hit their target. He further said they were told that he would be coming in a car behind. So, his friend quickly drove off in front with the deceased following behind and when they got to the point where they had to join the expressway, the friend in front drove faster. As soon as his friend entered the expressway two of the hired killers blocked the businessman’s car and one of them just pulled out his gun, approached the driver’s side and yanked open the door. While Eze was passionately pleading with them to take whatever they needed and spare his life, the armed man shot him point blank, picked his phone and sped off.’’police reports say

One of the deceased Family member identified as Simeon said the revelation by the police came as a rude shock to them. 

"This is the greatest shock we have received in our area in recent times. That suspect is well known to all of us as Tony’s best friend. They used to travel together to China on business trips. In fact, he was closer to our brother than anybody in the family. Whenever we needed to advise our brother, we usually channeled it through this his friend who happens to come from Eha-Alumonah Community, a neighbouring town in Nsukka. Interestingly, this his friend was leading pallbearers during Tony’s burial. He was the first to arrive our compound before other of his friends and business partners arrived. He was shedding tears uncontrollably. Even after the burial, his wife prepared our traditional food for the bereaved family which friends usually partake in. I can remember vividly that a few days after Tony’s burial, the suspect told some members of our family that he (the deceased) owed some business associates a whooping sum of N12 million and there was urgent need to settle the debt but we swept it aside by telling him that it could come up after the mourning period. I will use this opportunity to thank the Nigeria Police Force and the private detectives for the success recorded so far because these startling confessions and arrests will go a long way to assuage our deep feeling of loss. (In tears) Now see, for how much did they take the precious life of this young, amiable, promising and easy-going young man? Who will train his children and take care of his young wife?"he said

Police say further investigation will still be carried out on the matter and the arrested suspects will be charged to court for murder soon.
