Man Arrested For Plotting To Break Into Animal Shelter To Have s*x With Animals

A man was arrested on charge of conspiracy after allegedly plotting to break into an animal shelter in order to have s*x with animals, police in Arkansas said.

The Pope County Sheriff’s Office said that they have arrested 32-year-old Jonathan Ford of Hattieville on Friday, after learning that he planned to break into the Russellville Animal Shelter.

Ford was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit commercial burglary and was booked into the Pope County Detention Center.

His bail was set at $50,000. Earlier this month, Ford was arrested on charges of animal cruelty after allegedly having s*x with his dogs in his animal shelter.

Ford runs the “I Love Lucy Pet Rescue,” which is located on Old Hickory Road.

On the I Love Lucy website, Ford wrote that he collects stray dogs to find them good homes.

The Sheriff’s Office is working to find homes for all the I Love Lucy dogs.

Free at Last: Fani-Kayode Discharged And Acquitted of Money Laundering Charges

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has been discharged and acquitted of money laundering charges leveled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission at a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos today, July 1, 2015.

Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia freed FFK after holding that ‘the prosecution case is feeble’ and has failed to prove the allegations against the accused person beyond reasonable doubt.

Femi Fani-Kayode in a statement On his victory at the Federal High Court said that he has been vindicated.

Below is the full statement

“Ladies and gentlemen, I am delighted, humbled and relieved by this verdict. In the last seven years, I have been subjected to the most malicious, vicious, sinister, well-orchestrated, insidious and devastating form of political persecution and wickedness.

The whole process almost destroyed my life, my family, my reputation, my health and my career. I thank God for his goodness, his mercy and for the fact that today, the whole nightmare has finally come to an end.

Initially, I was accused of stealing N19.5bn of public funds when I was Minister of Aviation. It was thrown out by the courts. Then I was accused of stealing N6.5bn. It was thrown out by the courts. Then I was accused of laundering N200m. It was thrown out by the courts.

Then I was accused of laundering N99m. It was thrown out by the courts. Finally, I was accused of laundering N1m and N1.1m respectively, and today, both of these charges have also been thrown out by the courts.

I give thanks to God for today’s verdict. It is the doing of the lord and it is marvelous in our sight. Once again, he has proved that he is faithful and true and that he always honors his word.

I wish to thank my family members, leaders of the Body of Christ, intercessors, pastors, political associates and friends who never doubted my innocence and who stood by me through thick and thin. I wish to thank my lawyers who worked so hard and so diligently over the last seven years throughout this case.

I wish to thank the Nigerian judiciary for dispensing justice in an honest and God-fearing way and for refusing to be intimidated by anyone or guided by anything other than the evidence presented before them in this case.

They dispensed justice with candor and fairness, and throughout the proceedings, they were fair to all, honest, courageous, professional and true.

I thank them for refusing to send an innocent man to jail and for refusing to allow themselves to be used as tools for personal and vindictive vendettas or political persecution.

This gruesome ordeal started seven years ago and throughout that period, it was grueling and difficult. They took seven years from me but they couldn’t break me or end my life.

It was a very difficult period for both me and my family which came with enormous and unimaginable challenges, yet from day one I never doubted that I would be vindicated because God had assured me of it and I know the God that I serve. He never lies and He never fails.

He said, through his Holy Spirit, that my innocence would speak for me and that he would fight this battle for me and he did. He said that he is the author and the finisher of my faith, my shield, my glory and the lifter of my head and he was.

He has proved all that throughout my life and he has proved it once again with the verdict in this case. To him alone be all the glory.

When the ordeal began seven years ago the Lord ministered that it would last for seven years but that in the end, I would be declared innocent, I would be vindicated and I would be delivered.

Again he honored his word because the whole nightmare started on 1st of July 2008 when I was arrested in the premises of the Nigerian Senate after the public hearing on the N19.5 billion Naira Aviation Intervention Fund.

I was cleared of any wrong doing in the administration of that fund by the Senate Commitee on Aviation yet despite that, immediately after the sitting before the Comimitee, I was abducted and arrested in an unceremonious and shameul fashion and locked up by the Farida Waziri-led EFCC for 10 days and charged to a magistrate court in Abuja.

Today, the 1st of July 2015, seven years to the day from that day when I was first arrested and first put into detention, I have been discharged and acquitted of all remaining charges by the courts.
The Lord has, once again, honored his word, to him alone be the glory.

As a mark of honor and respect for the Lord and as an everlasting testimony of my love for and dedication to him, I wish to make it known to the Nigerian public that as from today my name will be changed.

It will no longer be David Oluwafemi Fani-Kayode but instead, it shall be David Oluwafemi Olukayode. Olukayode means “the Lord has brought me joy” and today he has done precisely that.
As from this day, in honor of him and as a small tribute to my love for and total dependance on Him, that shall remain my family name. Once again, I give thanks to God for all that has happened to me and for this great deliverance. To him be all the glory.

I swore that I would not leave the shores of Nigeria until this matter was finally brought to an end and the courts had pronounced my innocence. That was seven years ago.

I kept faith with that oath and it gives me pleasure to tell you that now that the whole ordeal is over I shall be leaving the shores of my beloved country for the first time in seven years for a short holiday and a long overdue medical examination.

They not only threw the whole book at me but also the entire kitchen sink but the Lord was with me. I stood on His words in Isaiah 50 v.7-9 and I never faltered or doubted Him even in the most difficult times.

Now they know that I serve a mighty God who never forsakes His own. I thank the media for their constant support and attention and I thank the millions of Nigerian people that chose to believe in me and to keep faith with me throughout this ordeal. Once again, I give thanks to the Lord. God bless you all.

Signed:
Chief Femi Fani-Kayode (Chief Oluwafemi Olukayode)

BBOG group to march to Presidency on July 8th

The #BringBackOurGirls group is set to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari on July 8, 2015 to hear from him the steps the federal government has taken towards rescuing the remaining 219 Chibok girls abducted over one year now.

Making the announcement at the group’s sit-out yesterday, the leader of the group, Dr Oby Ezekwesili told the group that President Buhari has agreed to meet with them on the stated date, and urged her members to prepare towards the meeting.

According to her, “We will be meeting with the president on the 8th of July. We will have an outline of issues to discuss with the president. We should all be ready for our discussion with the president.”

Recall that Dr Ezekwesili had stated that the group will start off by writing a letter to the government, adding that the group will collate all of its statements and present them to the government so that government will know its stand and the basis for its advocacy.

“We hope to get a different experience. The attitude of government will determine how our engagement will be. The nature of our conversation will be determined by the government,” she said.

The group had also urged President Buhari to bring the issue of the abducted Chibok Girls to an end, by ensuring that they are rescued and end the current security situation of the country.

Also, the chairman, Chibok community in Abuja and a member of the #BringBackOurGirls group, Tsambido Abana Hosea, called on the federal government to conduct a DNA test on the parents of the abducted Chibok girls so as to have a record base.

The chairman, who was reacting to the alleged report that the Chibok girls are being prepared to join Boko Haram, noted that with the results of the DNA in the records of the security agencies, it would be easier to identify and trace the identity of any female bomber.

”I am pleading with the federal government to have a data bank of DNA of parents to compare when a female suicide bomber hits. About four parents called me about this and was asking what we in Abuja were doing about the report by the BBC.”

Robberies In Traffic On Lagos Roads – Woman Tells Her Story (Photos)

This is also an appeal to the appropriate agencies in Lagos and other states to curb the menace of traffic robbery now before these robbers start killing people.

Talent manager Isioma Osaje shares her experience below.

‘I want to give my testimony.

At 11:30pm two sets of people attempted to rob me in traffic.
I had just gotten off the phone with my mum to say I was in standstill traffic.
When the first set of two guys yelled at me from outside my window to wind down.
Unknown to me she immediately said a prayer for my safe return.
I remember hearing that your best escape was to honk your horn repeatedly.
I put my hand on the horn and didn’t let go. And I called God in my mind to help me.
Immediately I saw an opening in the next lane and swerved in, still pressing my horn. They fled.
5 minutes later three guys came to the drivers side window. Pointing torches into my car.
Same instructions. Wind down give us something. Next thing I see something swing and my window shatters.
At that very minute another space opens on the next lane and I swerve in while honking. They fled.
Many would say I was almost robbed, I say I was saved.
Thank you God for your mercies.

Kylie Jenner Moves Into $2.7 Million Mansion

Kylie Jenner recently insisted that she pays for everything in her life.

And the 17-year old wasn't just talking about new shoes and cosmetics.

Those who regularly watch Keeping Up with the Kardashian online witnessed Kylie saying at one point this spring that she would move out of her family home "the second" she turned 18.

And Jenner is either ahead of schedule or really terrible at math... because she's already moved out!
 Kylie and Khloe
Kylie now resides very close by to Khloe Kardashian in Calabasas, having officially closed on a $2.7 million home in the neighborhood her family helped make famous.

Rocking cropped leggings and sneakers alongside her half-sister, Jenner shared the above picture on Instagram in celebration of her move and wrote as a caption to it:

“Don't you wish your move-in crew looked like mine?”

Kylie's new estate is 4,900 square feet in size and is just one block away from Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian's own Calabasas mansions.

Will Kylie yearn to be closer than 24 miles away from Hollywood?

Might we have another Justin Bieber situation on our hands here, much to the chagrin of Kylie's neighbors?

And how the heck did Jenner pay for this?!?
The answer to that last question awaits:

Over the weekend, Caitlyn Jenner attended a gay pride celebration in NYC,  where she was reportedly the life of the party.

The 65-year-old reality star stuck around in Manhattan and had dinner with some transgender friends.

And here, Caitlyn's New York love-fest continued, as paparazzi followed her around Manhattan, and various media outlets praised her fashion sense.
Caitlyn Jenner in NYC
That's Caitlyn leaving the store owned by famed designer Patricia Field.
The former Olympian is so popular these days that Field literally followed her out of the boutique to thank her for coming in.

Yes, it looks as though Cait (as she likes to be called) is officially the toast of New York.

We'd like to propose that now that all of her kids are grown, and she's going through a time of transition anyway, Caitlyn should stay on the East Coast for good.

After all, she was born in New York State, and as far as we can tell, it's the only way to permanently escape her step-family's big-bootied shadow.

Look, even if Caitlyn manages to hold her place as the richest Kardashian, there's no way she'll be able to stay on Kris Jenner's turf without being pulled back into the drama like Michael Corleone.

That's why we say run, Caitlyn. Run while you still can!

Khloe Kardashian Embraces Tyga and Kylie Jenner

Khloe Kardashian has made it clear that she embraces the relationship between Kylie Jenner and Tyga.

Despite controversy swirling around this celebrity couple, Khloe made it clear on Instagram this week that she's on Team Kyga.
 Khloe Hugs Tyga and Kylie
"A Michael sandwich!" Khloe wrote as a caption to the above image, which features her jumping in to a hug between the rapper and her 17-year old half-sister.

Tyga's real name is Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson.
The youngest Jenner sibling appears prepared to officially go public with her romantic entanglement after making her red carpet debut with her older boyfriend at the MailOnline yacht event in Cannes last week.

Critics have often slammed the pair, mostly due to Tyga being eight years older than Kylie, but also because the artist just seems creepy.

Just last week, Tyga released a disturbing rap in which he sang about wanting to "get inside" of Kylie.

At this point, we must remind readers that Tyga is 25 years old and Kylie Jenner is 17 years old.

New Case of Ebola Confirmed in Liberia by WHO

The World Health Organization (WHO) said Tuesday in Geneva that Liberia has lost its Ebola-free status after new case confirmed.

Tarik Jasarevic, WHO Spokesman, said a new case was confirmed in Liberia after the country had been declared the first West African nation to be free of the virus in early May.

He said the infection was detected in a deceased person, who was buried in a way that prevents further infections.

“The case showed that Liberia’s surveillance system is working and that even dead people were being tested.

“If there are no further cases, it will take another 42 days to declare Liberia free of Ebola again,’’ he said.

Jasarevic noted that Neighbouring Guinea and Sierra Leone have not yet been able to stop transmissions of the virus that causes the deadly haemorrhagic fever.

According to WHO, more than 27,000 people have been infected and more than 11,000 have died from Ebola in the three West African countries since December 2013. (dpa/NAN)
