Dollar Falls: Drops To N185

Bureau De Change operators in the country have attributed the fall in the dollar to release of the foreign currency by hoarders who had stored it pending the outcome of the nation’s general elections.

A dollar over the weekend sold for N185 against the usual N220-N240 which it sold for in the last few weeks. Some of them however said the Dollar crash could also be attributed to the fact that politicians have stopped campaigning for elections, which has made the demand for the currency drop.

Parker then discussed the issues female veterans face:
"I feel like there’s a laundry list... Being a working mother, serving, returning from Iraq or Afghanistan - I almost don’t know where to begin…. And I feel intimidated by their service; I feel ashamed that I haven’t served."

And then Obama, who helped explain The Evolution of Mom Dancing on The Tonight Show last week, said she could never actually compare her lives to the lives of wives with husbands overseas.

"I [try to] put myself in the place of some of these young women - maybe they’re in their twenties, they have their third kid, they’re not established in their careers, they’re miles away from their family - and imagine the stresses.

"So my advice is, ask for help. Keep asking. Because that’s the only way I survived. My women friends - how we get through is we reach out."

Cult Group Stabs a 14-Year-Old Boy To Death For Refusing To Become A Member

The 14-year-old boy identified as David Okon has been stabbed to death by members of a Cross Rivers state based cult group named Skylo after he refused to join the cult group. 

 

 

 

According to Mr Henry Fadairo, the state Police commissioner who spoke to the Sun, David was stabbed to death by one Ita in the group at T junction, Ikot Ekpo, 8 Miles in Calabar, the state capital on February 4th.  

 

Ita and some of his cult members had accosted David with the intent of luring him once again after they had tried for several months and his refusal caused them to stab him to death. The police investigations led to the arrest of some members of the cult group. They are Okon, 15-years old, Effiong, 18-years Etim, 18-years and Ekpo 15-years old.
While confessing to stabbing David to death, Ita said

“I am a member of “Skylo” group. We used to terrorize Calabar residents.When Okon was called to join the “Skylo” group, we started putting pressure on him to join. When he was adamant by refusing to join us, we have to murder him by stabbing him at the back,” he confessed.Other members of a different cult group called Scolumbo boys were arrested during Police investigations.

One of the members of the gang while he was interrogated, said asides cult activities, they were involved in Armed robbery

“We are members of “Scolumbo boys.” Apart from cultism, we robbed innocent people. We used to initiate our peer group to join our members. We have robbed several and initiated people as members.

The Commissioner said the suspects would soon be charged to court.

Kim Kardashian to Use Kourtney Kardashian as Surrogate?

If you watched Keeping Up With the Kardashians season 10 episode 4, then you know that Kim's struggles to conceive were (once again) a major topic of discussion.

This time, we learned that a complication during Kim's first pregnancy might prevent her from being able to carry another child.

It was sad news, but Kim always finds a way to get what she wants, and Kris Jenner is usually right alongside her, helping to hatch a plan.

In this case, that means finding a surrogate. And not just any surrogate, mind you, but one who isn't just a fame-hungry "lunatic" that will run off with the kid.

Fortunately, the Kardashians don't have to look very far to find a reliable uterus, and it took Kris about 30 seconds of contemplation before she volunteered Kourtney for the job.
 Technically, all Kris said was, "I bet Kourtney would do it," but since Kim and Kris basically run things in Kardashian Land, it's a pretty safe bet that Kourtney will announce that she's carrying Kim's baby some time in the near future (possibly in the KUWTK season finale).

There have been rumors that Kanye has a crush on Kourtney, so we're hoping that Yeezy will suggest that he and Kim saving some money by knocking up Kourt the old fashioned way.

It would be a tough sell, but all he would have to do is mention how lucrative the tape would be and Kim's eyes would turn into dollar signs.

Kanye West Bible: Actually a Thing You Can Purchase!

Because the ego on Kanye West is clearly way too small at the moment...

An Etsy user is actually selling a bible for $20 in which every mention of God’s name has been replaced with Kanye or Yeezus because… well, actually. We have no idea why anyone would do this.
According to the website, the handmade hardcover book is "a novelty coffee-table book, celebrating the grandeur of mega-icon Kanye West. This is the Bible for the New Age."
 
The online description adds that "three entrepreneurial brothers" are responsible for honoring Mr. Kim Kardashian in this fashion because they possess "a special interest in mass-society and its effects on our worldview and imagination."

We really wish we were making this all up.

Husband Caught Pregnant Wife With Another Man on Their Matrimonial Bed

DailyPost gathered that Mercy, as she is simply identified as was on Monday morning caught sleeping with another man in Otukpo, Benue State.

Her husband identified as Okpani caught the wife and her lover red-handed after he set them up, having suspected the wife was constantly cheating on him.

Okpani, a Local Government staff told his pregnant wife that he will be going for a NULGE meeting which is supposed to take place in Makurdi, the state capital this morning. 

However, Okpani went to the neighbour’s house to stay and spy on his wife’s movement.

After a while, a middle aged man who was identified as Omale walked stealthily into his matrimonial room. Okpani gave them a little time before coming out of his hideout into the room, and alas, his wife was having sexual intercourse with Omale.

As at press time, people are gathered at Okpani’s compound, waiting for the Police to arrive
