The cover for the newest issue of In Touch magazine shows Bruce Jenner as a woman wearing full makeup and a silk scarf.
The image is Photoshopped, but it's still likely to leave readers with the impression that Bruce's transition into a woman is all but complete.
If there's anyone who knows about the power of perception and how
easily the public is swayed, it's Kris Jenner. That might be why Bruce's
ex is reportedly very angry about the way her former husband is being
portrayed in the media.
Sources tell TMZ that Kris flew into a rage when she saw the doctored
In Touch cover. Apparently, even though they're no longer together, Kris
remains fiercely protective of Bruce and his image.
"It's just mean to do whether or not it's true," Kris reportedly said to a friend.
This is in sharp contrast to previous reports that claimed Kris mocks Bruce for his desire to transition into presenting as a woman.
Perhaps now that he's no longer her husband, she doesn't care if he rocks makeup and women's clothes.
Ironically, the same sources who say Kris is infuriated report that
Bruce isn't bothered by the way he's portrayed by the tabloids.
"He doesn't even pay attention to half this stuff," says one insider.
We guess 13 years of being married into the Kardashian family would give
you a thick skin when it comes to negative press attention.

For Ladies – Reasons High Heels Are Bad For You
It
is not very hard for fashionable women to sacrifice comfort for
fashion. High heels are a classic example of this. A number of studies
have illustrated the detrimental effects of high heels. Dr. Ava Shamban,
a certified dermatologist and author of Heal Your Skin, says, “High
heels put all your body’s weight on our forefoot, causing you to adjust
the rest of your body to maintain balance.” These studies have revealed
that they tend to add extra pressure on the inside of your knee, alter
muscles and tendon structure.
So, read on to know more about how this fashion fad is slowly damaging your body.
Should you shun your stilettos?
High heels tend to place excess force on the inside of your knee, also
known as medial meniscus. This is a known risk factor for joint
degeneration and osteoarthritis. High heels also tend to alter your
posture, which causes your ankles to tilt inward and destabilizes your
ankle joints.
Studies have revealed that the knee joint
pressure increases by almost 25% when a woman wears high heels. They
also tend to impair your balance, thus exposing you to a greater risk of
falling. You could end up with a broken or a sprained ankle because of
that.
This fashion comes at a price.....
It is hard not to feel
strong, confident and sexy when you slip on a pair of high heel shoes
but it affects your feet, back and posture in more ways than one.
High heels force your foot into a painful position and could lead to hammertoes, corns and bunions as well.
They lead to benign growth of nerve tissues at the base of your foot,
also known as Morton’s neuroma. This leads to terrible pain and numbness
in your toes.
Long exposure to high heels also increases the risk of joint pain in the ball of your foot, medically known as Metatarsalgia.
It also adds pressure on your forefoot.
Your calf muscles tend to contract and adjust to the angle of high
heels leading them to shorten or tighten, and subsequently causing you
pain.
Should you ditch those heels?
Poorly constructed
shoes or slippers with heels can wreak havoc on your feet. However
reasonable, comfortable heels can make you look elegant and cause little
pain to your feet. Shorter (1 ½ to 2 inches) heels reduce the severity
of such aches and pains.
Here are some more ways in which you can protect yourself from the harmful havoc your shoes wreak on your body:
Use comfort insoles or cushions, if you cannot resist heels on a daily basis.
Only wear high heels when you are attending events where you do not have to stand for a long period of time.
While going for high heels, always opt for good brand names. This way
you have more chances of finding ergonomically designed shoes, which
would be more comfortable.
Go for shoes in natural materials, such as suede, leather and rubber. These would fit your feet better.
Always try shoes on both the feet and walk around for a few seconds, before buying them.
Shoes with pointed toes are likely to cramp your toes and cause more damaging effects. So, go for wide toe shoes.
Now you know about the harm and damage that your loved heels are
causing to your body. So, what will you be choosing next: comfort or
fashion?

Job Satisfaction Comes From Being Grateful For What You Already Have - Please Read
It is not the material things that make us happy. It comes from our
dreams, setting goals and achieving them. It comes from acts of kindness.
It comes from being grateful for what you already have. It comes from
contentment. True happiness comes from inside.
Those, who focus on their possession and the money they earn can´t be truly happy.
I think people get caught up with wanting the "next" thing. They feel they will only be happy once they get a new job, get a promotion, make more money, go on a nice vacation, get a new car.
However, as soon as they get one of those things, they feel an initial satisfaction, but then they get bored with it, the high fades and then they start wanting the next thing.
If people can't get past finding happiness externally, they will never learn how to be contented with what they have.
For those job seekers who already have a job but are looking for greener pastures, please put in your best at work and learn to be contented with what you have (a lot of people don't even have any). That does not mean you should not aspire to grow.
If you keep complaining and never contented with a N50,000 job, trust me, a N1 million job won't be enough and therefore can't give you that happiness you seek.
It is a vicious cycle with lots of dissatisfaction in it!
Know thy pocket, live within your means and work harder to achieve your dreams.
Try as much as possible to make yourself happy at every point in time, so that when a "Good Job" comes, it only adds to your happiness.
Trust me on this.
This post is dedicated to all job seekers who already have a job. Remember, half bread is better than none.
Be contented, happy and grow!

OMG!!! Girl Jumps from 18 Storey Building in Lagos to Escape Facebook Rapist
Ada Nba Agbazue, the 17 year old
girl who fell from an Abandoned 18 storey building in Abule-Ajanloco,
Lagos, while trying to escape from a facebook lover turned rapist, says
that her assailants intended to kill her for ritual purpose after
forcefully taking carnal knowledge of her.
Agbazue is currently lying at the Ilemba Ajangbadi hospital in Lagos where she is being treated for multiple fractures and other injuries.
She attributes her being alive to a miracle, stating that she finds it hard to explain her survival.
Nba Agbazue was lured to the abandoned storey building on December 26th by a man she purportedly met on facebook as exclusively reported by Saturday Mirror, last week.
The injured young lady said she is alive to tell her story from the sick bed to teach others to be careful of who they make friends with on social media
As if trying to reassure her, the stranger told Agbazue to cross over. Not realizing the mistake in doing so, the girl crossed over. The man touched her and immediately, as narrated, matters changed.
According to her she lost all will to resist the man.

The injured young lady said she is alive to tell her story from the sick bed to teach others to be careful of who they make friends with on social media
.“My being alive is a miracle and I am grateful to God. With what I saw in that room, that man can be a cultist, he can be a ritual killer. He told me that he is a Buccaneer,” she narrated, tearfully.According to her, a facebook friend she identified as Michael lured her through Facebook to the abandoned building. Agbazue, on that fateful day, got dressed for a date with Michael. Narrating her ordeal, the young girl stated that she got a call on her mobile phone.
“My phone rang and a man said he wanted to speak with me. I don’t know how he got my number but he told me that it was from my Facebook page but he is not my friend on face book. He told me his name is Michael but he is not any of the Michaels that I know.Agbazue said she became alarmed at first because the man did not look like the Michael she knew on the face book. At that point, she hastily pointed out that she does not know him.
“I did not see any harm because he said we should meet at the Ile -Nla Bus Stop which is a busy place. When I got to the bus stop, I noticed he was looking at my picture on his phone. He looked up to see my face. He was standing opposite the road,” she narrated.
As if trying to reassure her, the stranger told Agbazue to cross over. Not realizing the mistake in doing so, the girl crossed over. The man touched her and immediately, as narrated, matters changed.
According to her she lost all will to resist the man.
“He touched me and immediately, I lost my senses. I started following him.
It was just him, no other person was with him. He is a young man around 24 or 25 years old. “He told me that he is staying with his mum and brothers in the uncompleted building and they have neighbors.
He told me that they live in the uncompleted building (an 18 floor abandoned Federal government building). She explained that this was about 4.30 pm, that dayShe said that the man ordered her to leave the window. But she saw also that there was the word ‘buccaneer’ on the wall. The man called Michael then told her that he is a Buccaneer. Continuing her narration, the girl said that she saw lots of cultist diagrams on the wall.
“As we were going inside the building, I saw a lady coming out from the building. I saw passers-by and people playing ball. When we entered, he took me to the fourth floor and
we entered a big room.
I saw clothes. He told me that even the other side has neighbours. “When we continued climbing up the stairs, I told him that I was tired but he pleaded with me. At the walls, I saw some strange diagrams, cultists diagrams painted on the wall. “I saw a human head by the wall.
The head is not fresh but the head has long weave (attachment) on it . I was scared when I saw the head. I wanted to go back but he brought out a knife.
“I was kind of scared but not too scared. He ordered me to keep climbing up into the wider room,” narrated the girl. According to Agbazue, the place looked like an umbrella and has many windows.
“I moved away and he told me to start pulling off my clothes. I told him you are not my husband so I cannot pull off my clothes for you; he told me that I was proving stubborn but I continued to beg him, but the more I begged him the more he used the knife to threaten me. “He said if he calls his friends, it will be too much for me” she said.Michael started making calls. He made the first call and he started calling the second person.According to her, the man said that she should not try to run. Now desperate, she moved to the window looking for an escape.
She tried to climb down by holding a pole that she saw. At that point, he ran to her and held her hand, “trying to prevent me from escaping.
I used my other hand to push him and that was how I fell to the ground,” she stated. Residents of the area saw Ada as she fell from the building thinking that she might be an apparition. Police authority however says that Agbazue was a victim of bad facebook relationship.

Just In: Fire Guts Popular Balogun Market On Lagos Island - See Photos
Goods worth millions of naira have were this morning consumed by fire which started around 4:36am at the popular Balogun Market on Lagos Island according to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Spokesman.
The fire started from a plaza which housed hundreds of shops and gradually spreads across other buildings. The fire was able to spread fast to other buildings, because the buildings were all built close to each other. A diamond bank building was also sadly affected. Five plazas and four houses were also razed down in the inferno. Fire fighters have been called and they are doing everything possible to put the fire under control.

Angry Man Kills Crocodile That Ate His Pregnant Wife in Uganda
A furious fisherman has tracked down and killed the 20ft crocodile that ate his pregnant wife, Demeteriya Nabwire.
Demeteriya had gone insearch for firewood on the shores of Nawaikoke in Uganda but when she did not return after several hours, villagers began to panic.
A search party was set up and they were horrified to find the pregnant woman's slippers, bloody toes, fingers and a mobile phone at the spot where she went missing.
It soon became apparent she had been eaten by a giant beast surfacing from the river - the same 1,000kg creature had been blamed for the deaths of six women and children who had disappeared in the past year.
So devastated husband Mubarak Batambuze of Kibuye village, went to the local blacksmith and spent his savings on the sharpest spear possible..
He told Uganda daily newspaper New Vision:
"I went to a blacksmith and paid him sh20,000 (£4.65) so that he could make me a very sharp spear."
Batambuze went down to the riverbank and managed to find the 20ft beast near to where her remains were found last Sunday.
The 56-year-old took his bloody revenge and hauled his catch up to the shore with the help of five other fishermen.
He is now being hailed a hero by villagers for slaughtering the killer croc, which has terrorised families for over a year.
A village spokesperson was also said to demand compensation from the Ugandan Wildlife Authority for Batambuze's lost wife.
But officials said it's not part of their policy to pay out for people killed by crocodiles and added they are currently capturing reptiles and relocating them to another area.
