Victoria Justice Confirms Nude Photos Are Real, Vows Legal Action

Victoria Justice has joined the legal fight against the hacker who released naked pictures of numerous celebrities throughout Hollywood.

As was the case for stars such as Jennifer Lawrence and Kaley Cuoco, photos of Victoria Justice nude popped up over the weekend, with the actress initially claiming they were fake.

But with the FBI now pursuing the hacker case and many outraged over this offending incident, here's a look at what Justice said Tuesday night:

"Shortly after I tweeted about certain pics of me being fake, I was faced with a serious violation of privacy."

"There have always been fake photos of me on the internet, but I will not be put in the position to defend myself as to what is real or what is fake.

"I am angry at this massive invasion of privacy, and like the other women who are in this situation alongside of me, I am taking legal action to protect my rights."

Lawrence and Kate Upton have come out with similar statement, vowing to pursue all legal means against anyone who posts illegally-obtained photos of them naked or topless.

Last year, selfies of Victoria Justice in a revealing bathing suit leaked online, with the Nickeldeon star later claiming her phone was stolen and hacked.

Banky W explained the main reason he is yet to get a wife. He also explained that presently, he is not into any relationship or ready to settle down soon with a woman for a reason.

He disclosed that it is tough to combine music and relationship together.

Banky W further stated that though he hopes to get married someday, but he would not want to exit the union as it is being done by some of his colleagues in the entertainment industry.

A man born with physical disabilities so severe his head is UPSIDE-DOWN has defied the odds to become an inspirational public speaker. 

Claudio Vieira de Oliveira, 37, was born with his neck is folded back on itself, as well as badly deformed legs and almost no use of his arms and hands. Doctors told his mother to stop feeding him as a newborn as they believed he had no chance of survival. But Claudio from Monte Santo, Brazil, has overcome his extreme disadvantages to graduate as an accountant and become a public speaker. Claudio said: “Since I was a child I’ve always liked to keep myself busy and work – I don’t like to depend totally on other people. “I do a bit of accounting, research for clients and consulting. “I have learned to turn on the TV, pick up my cell phone, turn on the radio, use the internet, my computer – I do it all by myself.” Claudio types with a pen held in his mouth, operates phones and a computer mouse with his lips and has specially made shoes that allow him to move around town. His determined independence saw him succeeding at school and qualifying as an accountant from the State University of Feira de Santana. 

When Claudio was born, doctors told his mother Maria Jose he would not be able to survive. Maria Jose said: “People started saying ‘the baby is going to die’ because he could barely breathe when he was born. “Some people would say: ‘Don’t feed him, he is already dying’. “But there’s only happiness now. Claudio is just like any other person – that’s how he was raised in this house. “We never tried to fix him and always wanted him to do the normal things everyone else does. “That’s why he is so confident. He is not ashamed of walking around in the street – he sings and he dances.” At eight years old, Claudio, who had previously been carried everywhere, began to walk on his knees. His family had to change the floor of the house so he could walk around without injuring himself. Claudio’s bed, plugs and lights had to be made lower so that he could do things for himself without asking for help. He cannot use a wheelchair because of his unusual shape, making it hard for him to be independent outside the home – but he begged his mother to be allowed to go to school and learn with the other children. Doctors have recently diagnosed him with a rare condition called congenital arthrogryposis.

American Journalist, Steven Sotloff Beheaded By ISIS

American journalist Steven Sotloff has been executed by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), the group claims in a purported video released Tuesday.

Sotloff, who freelanced for Time and Foreign Policy magazines, had last been seen near Turkey-Syria border in August 2013, when he vanished without a trace.
He then appeared in a video released online last month by the Islamic State group that showed the beheading of fellow American journalist James Foley.
Dressed in an orange jumpsuit against the backdrop of an arid Syrian landscape, Sotloff was threatened in that video by the masked man who killed Foley.
The executioner called out U.S. President Barack Obama personally that unless the U.S. stopped air strikes on ISIS, Sotloff and more Americans would die.
Obama condemned the killing of Foley and the people who orchestrated it, while admitting his administration lacks a clear strategy for dealing with ISIS.
In the video distributed Tuesday, titled "A Second Message to America," Sotloff appears in a similar jumpsuit before being killed by an Islamic State fighter.
Like Foley before him, Sotloff was beheaded on video in gruesome fashion.

The chilling footage shows Sotloff making what appears to be a pre-written speech, as just Foley had read before he was killed a few weeks ago.
Addressing President Barack Obama, Sotloff says: "Your foreign policy of intervention in Iraq was supposed to be for the preservation of American lives and interests."
"Why is it that I am having to pay the price of your interference with my life?"
The masked ISIS fighter then threatens Obama and the U.S. again to stop the bombings or continue to pay with more American lives by his knife.
ISIS allegedly demanded a huge ransom in exchange for Foley's life; it's unclear if similar overtures were made and rejected in Steven Sotloff's case.
Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary, a British national who also goes by the name of J. Linny, is believed to be the man behind the mask during the Foley video.

It is unknown who killed Sotloff, who some observers believe was a marked man by ISIS, whose members target journalists for this graphic and political purpose.

Please Ensure It Gets To The Right Authorities: Someone Exposed to Ebola Virus Has Refused To Be Quarantined In PH

I saw this on Laila's Blog and thought I should post it. Please help and share it until it gets to the appropriate authorities. Nigeria must be safe, PH must be safe; people can't let their wickedness affect others. We will get past Ebola..!!!!

Hello aunty Laila, please help publish this. I'm writing you in line with the recent outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Rivers State and I wish to remain anonymous.  

Dr Iyke as he is popularly called (late) of Sam steel clinic Rumuokoro Port Harcourt has been our family doctor for over 6yrs. He worked with my mom hand in hand in same office at the Rivers State College of Health soon after his youth service where she works as a qualified nurse and lecturer and he was then the clinic's doctor.  

Late Dr. Iyke Sam was a good doctor and got popular as God was using him to cure a lot
of illnesses, again, he was well known because of his relationship with HIV positive patients/HIV positive pregnant women. He treated them with ease and they felt comfortable because there was no stigma attached. This made him grow rapidly and in no time, Sam Steel clinic was established!  

It's a shame this ugly situation happened and it had to be him.  Reasons for writing you is because some of the people who had contact with Dr Iyke while he was sick were staff of the Rivers State College of Health and so far, his doctor and pharmacist working in his hospital (Sam Steel) that were quarantined have tested positive to the Ebola virus.  

His lab director who is also the lab director at the River State College of Health who was said to have been in direct contact with the doctor (one Mr K***) has refused to be quarantined and is going about his normal activities. This is wrong as he reports to office everyday and relates with other colleagues at the Rivers State College of health and no one is willing to speak up to authorities and I just wonder how many more are at large.  

I'm 100% sure of the info I'm giving you aunty Laila. And I did because I don't have any information on how to contact authorities  to get to him which is the reason I'm contacting you. There are many Patrick Sawyers amongst us and I pray God helps us. Hoping my info helps as well for the good of every Nigerian and the state to help fight the spread of Ebola.

Kate Upton Responds to Nude Picture Leak, Labels Hacking an "Outrageous Violation of Privacy"

Kate Upton is the latest victim of an online hacker to express anger and outrage over the violation of her privacy.
Over the weekend, pictures of Jennifer Lawrence nude and Kaley Cuoco nude popped up online, as a 4chan user bragged about the countless number of illicit images he's acquired via star cell phones and computers into which he's broken.
Upton was among those whose pictures have spread online, with numerous shots of Kate Upton topless now circulating across the Web.

"This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy,” the model's attorney Lawrence Shire says via statement.
“We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible."
Upton, Cuoco and Lawrence are just three of many A-listers who has been hacked.
Others on the list include Ariana Grande, Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice, and actress Kirsten Dunst, along with gymnast McKayla Maroney.
Lawrence has also threatened legal action against anyone making her naked photos public, while Maroney told the loser hacker at the center of this scandal to go find Jesus.
The images in question were originally posted on the /b/ thread on 4chan and have not been taken down, despite these statements/threats.
The site alleges to also have nude shots of  Gabrielle Union, Hayden Panettiere, Hilary Duff, Lea Michele, Mary-Kate Olsen and Selena Gomez, among others.

We do not condone this violation of privacy and don't see any need to look at illegally-obtained photos. Not when Kate Upton is dancing and Twerking up a storm (voluntarily!) in the following gallery!

Carrie Underwood is pregnant with her first child!

The singer confirmed the news herself in the cutest of manners, putting a different spin on the term Labor Day.

"In honor of ‘Labor’ Day, Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement," Underwood wrote on Instagram of her dogs. "Their parents couldn’t be happier …"

Cue the following photo, the following shirts and Carrie Underwood becoming the latest person to announce her pregnancy via her dogs.

 

Husband Mike Fisher, a professional hockey player, then reiterated the good news on Twitter, giving a hint at one creative baby name in the process.

“We haven’t picked names yet but it’s looking like Fly is gonna fly. #boyorgirl #flyfisher,” Fisher wrote.

Underwood, 31, and Fisher, 34, celebrated their fourth anniversary in July. They were married in Georgia, this is the first child for both and Carrie is due in the spring.

Earlier this year, Kelly Clarkson - the American Idol alum with whom Underwood is most closely associated, due to their tremendous voices and success - also welcomed her first child into the world.

Lumbreras says she was born on Aug. 31, 1887. Her family said her secrets to longevity are eating chocolate , sleeping a lot and not getting married. “She was always a woman who fought. She was still sewing and weaving until about two years ago,’ granddaughter Miriam Alvear, 43, told El Horizonte , according to a translation by Metro. But as the Telegraph reports, Lumbreras lost her birth certificate during a move 40 years ago. According to El Horizonte, Lumbreras has 73 great-grandchildren and 55 great-great-grandchildren. “Her parents were singers,” Alvear said. “She loves to entertain her grandchildren with the old songs they taught her.”

GOZIE & NJIDEKA OKEKE RECONCILE AT LAST

News coming in from eastern Nigeria is that Gospel singing couple, Gozie and Njideka Okeke have reconciled and are back together as husband and wife.

The both parties were separated for a while on claims of homosexuality. Njideka accused her husband Gozie Okeke of indulging in homosexuality, an act which believed to be common among entertainers (Gospel musicians inclusive). Gozie on the other hand called out Njideka in records which he released following the breakup.

He referred to her as, ‘Dilila’. After the breakup, Njieka veered into acting, Gozie continued in the pursuit of his music career. But going by the above story, the couple may have reconciled at last and this news will definitely sound very interesting to fans of the Akanchawa couple…

Meanwhile they are said to have released a new album titled, ‘Reconciliation Praise Vol. 1’…
