R.Kelly’s suffers again for ‘child pornography’ [Must Read]

R Kelly was billed to headline ‘Fashion meets music festival, Ohio on 29 August, but that is no more happening after several protests by locals and other artists performing at the festival. Fellow performers ‘Saintseneca and ‘Damn The Witch Siren were among those leading the protests against R Kelly, posting an open letter refusing to play the festival as long as he did. Cooking Time With Happiness: Isi Ewu (Spiced Goat Head) Preparation

Traditionally this dish is made with the head of a goat. And, yes, it does taste excellent prepared properly! The traditional recipe also uses utazi (a native bitter leaf). 

INGREDIENTS:

Goat head preferably male as it is easy to cook diced

Potash (akanwu)

Palm oil

Garden egg leave (akwukwo ofe) sliced

Crayfish blended

Knorr cube

Salt

Fresh pepper diced

Onion diced

PREPARATION:
 

Per boil your goat meat and spice to taste
Allow it to cook properly
you enjoy your goat head when is properly cooked and soft
Sieve per boiled meat to drain water.

PASTE PREPARATION:
Soak your potash in little water
Pour the potash water into a pot or motar,
Add red oil
Mix  the mixture together till its thick and yellow in color

ISI EWU PREPARATION:
Add knorr cube, salt, crayfish, pepper and onions and stare
Add goat meat to the paste and stare properly making sure all ingredients blends in; taste to confirm all ingredients are complete
Finally add garden egg leaf (akwukwo ofe)

I guess your isi ewu is ready...

N/B: You can use the paste to make cow leg (nkwobi), african salad (abacha) and ugba; and still eat boiled yam and boiled unripe plantain with the paste.

The Lagos State Police Command, yesterday, disclosed that it was close to apprehending the 33-year-old man who allegedly strangled his lover, a 39-year-old mother of four in her apartment at Green Estate, Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos, two weeks ago.

This is just as it has identified the fleeing suspect as one Kelechi Williams.

All was reportedly going on well for Williams and his international business woman lover and Chief Executive Officer /Managing Director of Edmark International, identified as Njideka Lizzy Nzewe, until July 19, 2014.

According to reports, the late Njideka who was to travel to the United States of America on July 24, 2014, with her kids, had gone to the bank in the company of Williams to withdraw N4 million.

However, at about 2.30 am, Williams allegedly tied her hands, strangled her and thereafter, made away with over N8 million, her phones and her Range Rover SUV.

Police sources told Vanguard that the twine used to strangle the mother of four was found on her neck when they arrived.

Police sources further hinted that homicide detectives at Area ‘E’ Command, Festac Town, were closing in on the suspect.

“During investigation, we discovered that Williams have several other names. He fled to Ghana immediately he committed the act.

“Detectives embarked on forensic auditing investigation of his social media networks and with the assistance of INTERPOL, they have been able to locate his hideout,” Police sources said.

Marriage proposal

Preliminary investigations. as gathered, showed that Williams was one of the deceased’s staff. They were said to have been going out for some years, in the process of which he proposed marriage to Lizzy.

But she reportedly turned down the proposal on the ground of age difference.

Police sources explained: “During investigation, it was discovered that when the deceased business expanded, she employed Williams to manage the Ghana and West Coast branch of her company. Each time he comes to Nigeria, he exports goods to Ghana and circulate same to West Coast. During such visits, he stayed with Lizzy at her private apartment. That could be the reason why it was easy for him to snuff life out of her.

“On the day he killed Lizzy, he drove to the gate and told the unsuspecting guard that he was going to cash money from the ATM.”

Police sources further disclosed that during investigation, the fleeing suspect was discovered to be on the wanted list of policemen in Angola and South Africa, over undisclosed offenses.

Contacted, spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, Ngozi Braide, explained that the deceased was a single mother.

She said: “He strangled the woman with a rope inside her apartment. He locked up the place, packed her money, phones, international passports and about N8 million, which she intended to leave for him to run the business while she would be away.

“Lizzy’s brother, who was supposed to meet her so that they could move her things to her new home in Satelite Town, came over. But after several calls without response, the man became worried when he noticed that everywhere was locked.

“He, therefore, alerted the police at Festac Police Station, which prompted policemen to force the door to the woman’s apartment open and met her lifeless body on the floor. Investigation is on-going . We will get him.”

Khloe Kardashian Blames Her Ex Lamar Odom For Rob Kardashian's Drug Problem

Rob Kardashian has been in a dark place lately.
The sole male Kardashian and former sock designer made headlines for the first time in years when he skipped Kim Kardashian's wedding seemingly to avoid negative press regarding his overweight and generally unhealthy appearance.
It didn't work. Photos of a bloated and bleary-eyed Rob spread like wildfire on the web, as did news that Kardashian is suffering from an addiction to sizzurp that may well prove deadly.
No one knows for sure what may have triggered Rob's decline, but his sister Khloe scertainly has her theories:

Discussing the matter with Brody Jenner in a a clip from the next episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloe blames her troubled relationship with Lamar Odom for sending Rob down a bad path.

"Rob has said, '[Living with Khloe and Lamar] was so dark and it made me do dark things.'" In a voice over for the episode, Khloe says, "Only Rob and Lamar and I know what went on in that house. I'm a nurutrer and I want to protect everyone. I wasn't there to protect Rob. I wasn't even there to protect myself. No one can make me not feel guilty."
Khloe never mentions drugs specifically but considering Lamar struggled with crack addiction amongst other demons, it seems pretty clear that she's blaming her brother's addiction troubles on her ex.

The burial arrangement for late NAFDAC boss Prof. Dora Akunyili has been announced by the family.
This is contained in a statement signed by her husband Dr Chike Akunyili which was posted on her Facebook wall yesterday evening.

''The family of former Minister of Information and Communications, late Prof. (Mrs.) Dora Nkem Akunyili, has released a week-long programme of activities for her funeral, culminating in her burial on Thursday, August 28, 2014.

This is contained in a statement signed by her husband Dr Chike Akunyili which was posted on her Facebook wall yesterday evening.

The programme, released yesterday in Enugu by Prof. Akunyili’s husband, Dr. Chike Akunyili, starts with a Christian Wake-Keep at No. 2A Bishop Onyeabor St., G.R.A. Enugu, to hold from 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22. A Night of Tributes is to hold at International Conference Centre Abuja from 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 25, while a Mass would be held for her at Pro-Cathedral Catholic Church, Abuja, by 10:00 a.m. the next day, August 26.

After the Church Service, Dora’s body would leave for Enugu, where there would be a Mass at KSJ Temple at 4:00 p.m. After a High Requiem Mass at Holy Ghost Cathedral Enugu at 9:00 a.m. the next day (Wednesday, August 27), Dora’s body would be taken to UNCOMA Hall, College of Medicine, Ituku Ozalla, Enugu, for Final College Assembly to start from 11:30 a.m. From there, the body would be taken to Awka for Anambra State Government activities, then to Dora’s father’s house in Nanka, before being returned to her husband’s house at Agulu for a Vigil Mass/Wake-Keep.

On Thursday, August 28, Dora’s body would lie in state at John Chike Akunyili’s Compound before leaving for Agulu Town Hall, then Madonna Catholic Church Agulu for a Requiem Mass to hold by 10:00 a.m. Interment at John Chike Akunyili’s Compound follows at 1:30 p.m.

Dr. Akunyili in a statement expressed gratitude to Nigerians for their outpouring of love and support for his family at this moment of grief. “This has gone a great way in helping us to cope with the monumental loss of our precious gem, my beloved wife, Dora,” he said.

It would be recalled that Prof. (Mrs.) Akunyili, a former Director-General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), died last Saturday, June 7, after a two-year battle with cancer.

Prof. (Mrs.) Akunyili would have turned 60 on July 14, 2014.

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran are officially over, and insiders say the breakup was very much one-sided, with the model dumping the R&B singer.

The last straw for Tran, apparently, was Brown playing the Rihanna card.

No, he didn't bet the crap out of Karrueche, but Chris "liked" two Rihanna photos on Instagram of the former couple together after a fight with Tran.

He then posted a pic of Karrueche in a thong that she didn't appreciate.

Seriously, that happened, and it was his way of getting back at her after he was upset that she was partying solo. It was a very healthy relationship.

Kae previously lamented battling Rihanna for Brown in an interview, but this wasn't the extent of her issues with Chris. In truth, it was only a small part.

Bottom line, according to a source, "Chris acts immature, like a child."

Sound about right from what we've observed. Moreover, she thinks he's ruining his life by spending more time partying than on music. Also sounds right.

Chris' reaction to the break-up? Jetting off to St. Tropez with a very good friend of Karrueche's, making sure to be photographed so she'd see it online.

Jonathan Appoints Suleiman Abba As IG of Police

President Goodluck Jonathan has appointed Suleiman Abba, the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 7, as the new Inspector General of Police in Nigeria.

The development came following the federal Executive Council meeting presided over by President Jonathan.

Abba was also a former Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to Maryam Abacha.
