Nollywood Director Insists There’s No Big Deal In Directors Sleeping With Actresses

Nollywood director, Aniedi Awah Noba’s name might not ring a bell but people in Nollywood know him well. Aniedi isn’t known because he is always behind the scene, directing and dictating who takes which role. Well, in an interview with Vanguard, Aniedi says there is no big deal in directors sleeping with actresses, after all a man can meet a woman anywhere and do the thing, stressing it’s only a matter of understanding. Here is what he told Vanguard
“If a director is a man and the actress is a woman and they find themselves attracted to each other, they’re permitted to do anything because they are adults. Where it becomes bad is when one person puts a gun on the other person’s head and make unhealthy demands through some blackmail.

Sexual issues are not things you can really predict because they are human related. Anybody can sleep with anybody anywhere in the world as far as it’s an agreeable venture. So if I’m a director and I see an actress and I say I want to sleep with you and the actress agrees I don’t see anything wrong with that.
Where it becomes bad is when I say I will not give you a job until I sleep with you. Now, we over-flog this issue of directors sleeping with actresses. A man will meet a woman anywhere, any day and they will sleep with each other. Let anybody sleep with anybody they want, life goes on. Let’s just do the work”.

Ashley Cole weighs up offers as eight clubs keen to sign Chelsea left-back

Ashley Cole

Ashley Cole will determine where he is to play next season on his return from a holiday in California with up to eight clubs understood to be keen to secure the former England left-back upon the expiry of his contract at Chelsea.

The defender, 33, confirmed on Monday he does not anticipate extending his eight-year career at Stamford Bridge, where his current deal will end on 30 June. The London club’s manager, José Mourinho, had hoped to retain him for a further 12 months, but the club are now expected to pursue alternative long-term options at left-back with interest established in Sevilla’s Alberto Moreno and Atlético Madrid’s Filipe Luís.
There remains a slim chance that Cole, who played 338 games for Chelsea after joining from Arsenal in exchange for William Gallas and £5m in 2006, could renegotiate terms to remain in south-west London if one of those other targets is not secured, though, for now, he is braced to pursue his career elsewhere and will, ideally, seek a two-year deal.
Monaco, who will compete in the Champions League next term and are backed by the Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, are one of a number of elite clubs to express interest in securing his services. They will be rivalled by Paris Saint-Germain, who had hoped to sign England’s most capped left-back last summer, while the player’s representatives have not ruled out a move to a rival Premier League team. There could yet be interest from Real Madrid if Carlo Ancelotti, who coached Cole at Chelsea, retains his position beyond the end of the current campaign, while clubs in Major League Soccer are also monitoring the situation.
Cole, who retired from international football earlier this month following his failure to make Roy Hodgson’s World Cup squad, took to Twitter on Monday night to suggest his time at the London club had drawn to a close. He removed the statement “Chelsea and England left-back” from his biography and wrote: “I am weighing up my options for playing next season with my agent and sadly it does not look like chelsea will be one of them.
“Thank u Chelsea FC for making my 8 years there a pleasure to work all the staff and players, we’ve been through a lot, good and bad. And of course the fans, how do I start, I can only say thank u for giving the boys confidence to win some amazing trophies – And now I’ll be looking for another journey in my life hope it can be like my others full of fun and of course WIN something.”
The full-back, initially hampered by a rib injury, lost his place in the first-team to César Azpilicueta towards the end of last year and was reduced to a bit-part role thereafter, though he was recalled to play in the critical games against Atlético and Liverpool towards the end of the campaign. Indeed, he captained Chelsea on his last appearance, the 2-1 success at Cardiff on the final afternoon, in the absence of the injured John Terry and ill Frank Lampard.
Of the trio of senior England internationals on Chelsea’s books, Terry has now signed a new one-year deal at Stamford Bridge, while Lampard, England’s vice-captain in Brazil this summer, is still expected to follow suit.

Ashley Cole: Chelsea defender to leave Stamford Bridge

Ashley Cole gives a thumbs up to fans

Ashley Cole says he does not think he will be at Chelsea next season and is seeking "another journey in my life" after eight years at Stamford Bridge.
The 33-year-old left-back, who announced his England retirement after 107 caps earlier this month, is out of contract this summer.
"I am weighing up my options for playing next season with my agent,"

"Sadly, it does not look like Chelsea will be one of them." Cole helped Chelsea win the Premier League title in 2010 as well as the 2012 Champions League. He has also won four FA Cups with the Blues, to add to the three he secured with Arsenal, following his move to Stamford Bridge from the Gunners in August 2006. Cole won the 2007 League Cup with Chelsea and was part of the club's Europa League triumph under interim manager Rafael Benitez in 2013. But he endured a frustrating 2013-14 campaign under returning manager Jose Mourinho, starting just 15 Premier League games in a trophy-less season for the Blues.
"Now I'll be looking for another journey in my life," added Cole. "I hope it can be like my others, full of fun and of course win something." Cole signed a one-year extension to his Chelsea contract, which was due to expire last summer, in January 2013. But with a new deal at Stamford Bridge looking unlikely, Cole has resigned himself to leaving after 229 Premier League appearances.

Cole should be in England squad - Hansen
"Thank you Chelsea for making my eight years a pleasure. We've been through a lot, good and bad," continued Cole.
"And of course the fans. How do I start, I can only say thank you for giving the boys confidence to win some amazing trophies.
"To the fans that have stood buy me through thick and thin, I will always have you in my heart."
Earlier this month, Chelsea boss Mourinho said he did not think Cole would leave the club.
"I don't know but I don't think so. The club knows my opinion," said the Portuguese.
Last week Chelsea captain John Terry signed a new one-year deal to keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2015.

Analysis:
"I thought the way Ashley dealt with being left out of the set-up for the World Cup was admirable, very professional. He's got a lot to offer. They'll be several clubs thinking that he can still do a job for them and I think he can. He's still a top player so I would imagine that there will be several clubs looking at his situation."
But the future of long-serving midfielder Frank Lampard, who is also out of contract this summer, has yet to be decided.
Cole retired from international football earlier this month after manager Roy Hodgson left him out of England's World Cup squad.
He made his international debut against Albania in March 2001 and went on to become only the seventh England player to reach a century of caps when he appeared in a friendly win over Brazil in February 2013.
Former Liverpool defender Alan Hansen, on his final Match of the Day appearance, said Cole was one of the greatest players the Premier League has seen.
"As a full-back for Arsenal, Chelsea and England there is nobody better in Premier League history," said the eight-time title winner.
"I would have taken him [to the World Cup] but I can understand why Roy Hodgson hasn't.
"I watched him play in the Champions League and against Liverpool and he was excellent.
"But he hasn't been playing a lot and that's probably the reason why Roy hasn't taken him."

How to Last Longer in Bed Naturally

The sexual act can be extremely pleasurable, so it is no wonder people try to make it last as long as possible. Many men worry that they achieve orgasm too soon during intercourse for the partner to be satisfied. While there are medications aimed at helping men delay ejaculations, many desire to learn natural methods for increasing staying power.

Below are natural methods for lasting longer:

How to Last Longer in Bed Naturally

Step 1

Concentrate on the quality of lovemaking. Spend more time on foreplay and in being intimate with your partner following sex. Sexual intercourse plays a major role in sexual expression but it does not have to be the entire act.

Step 2

Practice the stop-start method while having intercourse. When you feel yourself on the brink of ejaculation, stop and wait until the feeling has subsided before you resume thrusting. Practicing this technique regularly will help you to last for longer amounts of time.

Step 3

Squeeze below the head of your penis to delay ejaculation naturally. You will be forcing the blood from the penis and thereby making it possible to suppress orgasm for the moment.

Step 4

Learn about your various levels of excitability to help control orgasm. When you masturbate or have sex with a partner, reflect on each stage of arousal, from initial excitement to the plateau (leveling off period) to orgasm. Picture each stage as an ascending number from one to ten. Attempt to go no higher than seven while attempting to delay orgasm.

Step 5

Distract yourself when you find yourself coming too close to climax. It may seem cliché, but thinking about such non-sexual things as doing your taxes can lengthen the amount of time you perform in the sack.

Step 6

Invest in a targeted workout to help increase your sexual endurance. The famous Kegel exercise in which you repeatedly tighten the muscles involved in ejaculation is particularly helpful. One way to practice is to stop and start your stream of urine when using the toilet.

Step 7

Concentrate on your partner's orgasm first. Rather than worrying about when you climax, focus all your initial efforts on getting her there first. For example, press your penis into the area of her clitoris and penetrate only a couple of inches into her vagina (where the nerve endings are the greatest) with quick thrusts to increase her pleasure and propensity to orgasm.

Step 8

Let your partner be on top during sex. With her in this position your penis is less stimulated and you will be able to last longer naturally than in other positions.

photo

The couple who have been married for 28 years are still very much in love and have remained inseparable.
Veteran actress, Joke Silva in a recent interview with City People magazine talks about why she doesn't like cooking and how her husband doesn't mind someone else cooks for him.
"I have never lied about this, I have never been 'a doing the cooking kind of woman'. When my husband met me, he knew. He was the one who used to do the cooking because he is good at it. I used to do the cooking when I felt like. Sometimes, it comes out to be a huge success and sometimes a failure. Some years ago, I cooked vegetables and it was terrible and my husband is such a gem, he ate it like that. It is not as if my mum didn't teach me.

For my husband, cooking is a therapy and for me it is a chore and yet he will always tell you that I look after him so much, I do that in other ways. We have somebody who does the cooking. I have taught them to cook the way I like and we have people who do the general cleaning."
Olu Jacobs obviously doesn't mind as his love for his wife as remained stronger as he was quoted in an interview saying marrying Joke was the best decision of his life.

Wedding Of Daughter of RCCG Pastor Who Converted To Islam Was Called Off

Pastor Raymond Uzoechina and Aisha Uzoechina

Charity Uzoechina, the daughter of Redeemed Christian Church of God Pastor, Raymond Uzoechina, who made headlines with her story of conversion to Islam, was set to marry the lawyer who handles her controversial case in court but the Niger state Government called it off.
Aisha (formerly known as Charity) Uzoechina, 26, was supposed to be marrying her Muslim lawyer, Barrister Tijani, reportedly on May 2. However, the Governor of Niger state, Babangida Aliyu, where Uzoechina resides, ordered that the wedding to be stopped as he got information that Aisha's parents were not informed of her upcoming wedding.
According to Vanguard, imams and other Muslim clerics were already gathered when the wedding was canceled.
The reason why Aisha didn't inform her parents about her upcoming wedding can be the differences between them about her conversion to Islam. Back in 2013, Aisha sued her parents for interfering in her decision to change religion.
Representative of the National body of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Niger state Chapter Chairman, Dr Musa Dada, had informed the State's Commissioner on Religious Matters and the Attorney General of the state about the upcoming wedding between Aisha and Barrister Tijani.
Aisha Uzoechina converted to Islam from Christianity in February, 2013. She has since been in the custody of the state government, residing with the deputy Governor, Alhaji Musa Ibeto.
