Police Trace Relatives Of Man Who Slumped, Died After S*x With Woman In Guest House

The guest house, which belongs to the Paikoro LGA, is situated close the popular Paiko market along the Paiko -Lapai road. It is frequently used by traders from distant locations.

The Nigeria Police Force, Niger State Command has confirmed the death of an unidentified man who collapsed and died after having s*x with a woman at a guest house in the Paiko Local Government Area of the state.

It was gathered that the incident occurred on Tuesday, October 15, at around 8:50 pm.


The guest house, which belongs to the Paikoro LGA, is situated close the popular Paiko market along the Paiko -Lapai road. It is frequently used by traders from distant locations.

The state Public Relations Officer, SP Wasiu Abiodun, who confirmed the incident in a statement, said it was reported to the Police at Paiko division on 15th of October, 2024.

He also explained that efforts are ongoing to locate the relatives of the deceased for necessary arrangements.

The statement read, “An incident of a suspected sudden death was reported at Paiko Div, that on 15/10/24 at about 2050hrs, a yet to be identified male adult visited the LGA lodge with a lady, and thereafter, he slumped and he was rushed to a nearby medical facility in Paiko where he was confirmed dead”

“The incident is being investigated as a medical autopsy is being awaited. Effort is also ongoing to locate his relatives for necessary arrangements.”


Also, a trader, who wished to remain anonymous, revealed that the man collapsed while dressing up after the encounter.

According to him, “The lady told us that he was putting on his trousers when he suddenly slumped and died.”

It was further gathered that the woman is currently in the custody of the Police while the body of the deceased is at the IBB Specialist Hospital in Minna.
