See Photos: Four Suspected Drug Traffickers Excrete 171 Wraps Of Cocaine In Lagos

Four suspected drug traffickers; Ejiofor Eliezer (46), Obah Francis (30), Akpa Sobuzochukwu (27) and 36-year-old Ike Okechukwu have been nabbed by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos while attempting to smuggle cocaine to Brazil.

The suspects excreted 171 wraps of drug that tested positive for cocaine.

Eliezer, who excreted 100 wraps of the drug, told investigators that poverty pushed him to commit the crime;

“I live in Brazil, where I work in a supermarket and lived with my wife and four children. Life in Brazil is tough because I live from hand to mouth. It was poverty that made me to smuggle drugs. I took risk by swallowing 100 wraps of cocaine for N200,000 because of poverty.”

Francis said he took to drug trafficking to augment the meager salary he earned at a bakery in Brazil.

“I am single and have been working in Brazil for two years. At present, I work in a bakery and my salary is meager. My plan was to give the drug to a friend in Dubai, but he did not come to collect the drug as planned. This was how I had to come to Nigeria with the drug. I blame my friend for my arrest because I would have made S15,000 (about N2.8m) from the deal.”

Sobuzochukwu, who holds a diploma in accounting, also said his poor salary as a cleaner forced him to ingest 26 wraps of cocaine for a fee of S1,500 (about N285,000);

“I regret my involvement in drug trafficking. I dropped out of school in Junior Secondary School class two and I work in a toy company in Brazil,” he added.

The NDLEA Chairman, Ahmadu Giade, says the suspects will soon be charged to court.

The late actor’s “ghost” leans on a muscle car next to fellow Furious 7 star Vin Diesel.

Since Frohlich posted the image, it has gone viral on the Internet with hundreds of thousands of views.

Walker, 40, was killed in a car crash in November 2013 in Southern California while taking a few days off from filming the seventh “Fast and Furious” movie. The film was finished using previous footage and stand-ins including Walker’s two brothers.

As of last weekend, Furious 7 has earned more than $800 million at the global box office.

Diesel paid tribute to Walker at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday.

Supreme Court TRASHES APC's suit to Sack Fayose

The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti state and dismissed the petition against him. 

 
At a ruling this morning April 14th, a 7-man panel led by Justice John Fabiyi dismissed all the grounds of appeal filed by the petitioner, APC members in the state House of Assembly, who argued that Governor Fayose was not eligible to contest following his impeachment from office during his first administration.

Delivering judgement, the court held that while impeachment was not a ground of disqualification ‎from contesting as governor, the panel which recommended Fayose for impeachment on October 16, 2006, was illegally and unconstitutionally constituted.

The court also ruled that allegations of certificate forgery is not substantive as the HND certificate Fayose presented when he signified interest to run for Governor was genuinely earned and was awarded to him. 

Regarding allegations of the use of the military by Fayose to intimidate APC supporters during the June 2014 governorship election, the Supreme Court ruled that the Chief of Defence Staff and the Inspector-General of Police, joined as 4th and 5th defendants in the case were not necessary parties.

Bruce Jenner Sex Change Surgery Finally Scheduled?

Months after the Bruce Jenner sex change was confirmed by various media outlets, the former Olympian and current reality star is finally ready to speak publicly on the matter.

Bruce's interview with Diane Sawyer will air on April 24 and sources say it'll feature a number of revelations.

Among other bombshells, Jenner will reportedly reveal that he has scheduled his sex change operation and is ready to take the final step in the process of becoming a woman.
 
“Bruce is now ready,” a source tells Radar Online. “This is a very, very big step for Bruce to take, and the time is approaching quickly. The surgery will take place at the end of May/beginning of June. It’s a very intensive surgery.”

There are several different approaches to sex change surgery and it's not known exactly what path Bruce will take, but a plastic surgeon who specializes in such procedures recently revealed what sort of procedure he expects Jenner to undergo:

“The testicles are history but the rest is preserved to create the neo-vagina,” says Dr. Mel Ortega. “The tissue is never removed from the body, with the exception of incorporating skin grafts if there’s isn’t enough material.”
