Students, Lecturers Flee UNIJOS Over Bomb Scare

It was reported that an alleged suicide bomber was sighted who was apprehended by the students as he tried to enter the premises, according to Punch.
As a result of the alarm raised by the students, it caused pandemonium in the university as people ran for safety.

However some students summoned up courage to capture the alleged bomber, who was almost beaten to a pulp before he was rescued by the school security.
This is coming less than 24 hours after bomb blast rocked Abuja which killed 21 people and injured 17.
Immediately the news went round, even students and teachers in lecture halls thought it wise to abandon their books as they took to their heels for dear life.
It would be recalled that on May 20, a twin bomb explosions rocked Jos which left over 200 people dead and scores injured in the blast.
Seven University of Jos students were also killed in the bomb blast.
Following the Jos bomb blast in May, it was reported of another bomb scare which forced residents to remain indoors as schools, banks were shut down. (naij.com)

BREAKING: Sulley Muntari And Kevin Prince Boateng Sacked From Ghana World Cup team Camp

Footy-ghana.com is reporting that Black Stars head coach Kwesi Appiah has wielded his disciplinary axe on duo Kevin-Prince Boateng and Sulley Muntari from the Ghana World Cup team camp for various degrees of misconduct.

The decision was finally taken in a meeting on Thursday morning after both players like the rest of the team finally received their much awaited World Cup appearance fees which has plunged the country into a negative media limelight.

They have been ordered to leave the team’s Palace Hotel base in Brasilia by 10: 00 GMT.

A new report has surfaced claiming Kim Kardashian is ready to quitting Keeping Up With the Kardashians, triggering an all-out WAR with her famous family.

The magazine alleges that the newly-married Mrs. Kanye West “wants out of the family business" and that the rest of her krew is "in a tailspin" over this.
“She feels like she has outgrown reality TV,” explains a so-called “insider” who clearly can't have too much inside knowledge if he or she believes that.
Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, according to the publication, are “pointing the finger at Kim for costing them a staggering $500 million in future revenue.”
Five hundred million dollars? Where did that huge figure possibly come from?
“If Kim walks, their fear of cancelation could become reality,” adds the mag, without saying if anyone really fears that or if the idea is even on E!'s radar.
“Without the series or its spinoffs, there’s a devastating domino effect."

As a “brand and money expert” tells the outlet, “if the show is canceled, the E! mainstays could lose hundreds of millions of dollars, up to $500 million."
Being taken off the air means not just lost paychecks from the show.
"There’s less exposure [for the Kardashians overall] ... their many endorsements, licensing, the [deal] with Sears, their makeup line, the Dash stores, etc.”
We'll acknowledge that if you no longer watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online, their other business ventures would take a hit to some degree.
However ... there's no rift between Kim Kardashian and her sisters.
If anything, she's more likely to keep this going now than ever, as it's the key to building her new hospital (and her brand, and a life with 'Ye and Nori).
As for her family, you can bet that like Ray J on top of her in the Kim Kardashian sex tape, when it comes to milking their cash cow, they are all in.
