President Jonathan is a happy father in this picture where he has all his children around him. He shared the picture on Facebook with the following tag, "I wish all fathers in Nigeria a happy Fathers Day- GEJ".  In the picture is recently married Elizabeth Sakwe and two other daughters and the youngest boy.

Ozo Titled Igbo Man Disowns First Son, Chidi Okam, In a National Newspaper

A Nigerian titled man, Ozo Oswald Dokwe Okam, disowned his son, Ozo Chidi Okam, on one of the pages of a national newspaper. The announcement comes complete with the son's smiling picture from when he took his own titled. The disgruntled dad did not state why he is cutting off his son from his life, but it must have been something very serious indeed. The father stated;

"I will not want him to serve me when I am dead since  he did not serve me in my life time. He should return all my certificate of occupancy and other valuable documents in his possession to me and be satisfied with the things I willed to him in my will.

He should no longer act on my behalf whether alive or dead and should henceforth be fully responsible for all his actions and deeds. Above all, he should not participate or interfere in my burial in accordance with Christian rites."

If the son is still in the father's will, that means there is still some connection. But I wonder what one has to do to be disowned? Do you imagine you can ever disown your own child?

Yesterday was father's day and Lola Omotaya, the beautiful wife of Peter Okoye took to instagram to wish her her husband a happy fathers' day.

She took to Instargram to share the photo below of her husband and daughter with the caption: "Happy Father's day daddy! @peterpsquare. You are your daughter's first love. The first word out of her mouth was..."papa" and this still continues to be the first word she says when she wakes up. She lights up at the first sight of you. You are a one in a million dad!"

Nigerian Celebrity artiste, D’banj now known as BangaLee, has disclosed that he has never missed his former record label mate and boss Don Jazzy.

According to the artiste, People are alleging that we have come together again, but the question is,” Who told them that we are quarreling?” It’s just that we are running our own different businesses now, he noted.

D’banj expressed that his breakup with Don Jazzy actually affected their relationship for a long time, which has been close to two years now.

It was too easy and too perpetual. It was too boring and too predictable. I had no room to pursue or hone other skill sets I had. I didn’t have time for extra curriculums like hobbies, family, and friends, personal and social advancements. Something had to give! After all, I was the guy that made 38 films in a year” On Nollywod’s slow progress: “Ours, if it isn’t oil and politics, then it isn’t attainable. They tie up funds in bogus and outlandish conditions and make bold and futuristic propaganda-driven statements as to how it is accessible to every practitioner that simply has to ask for the taking. I’m a man that translates variables in ways many people find incomprehensible. We have embraced who we are and learnt to create our own world and expectations. We have ups and downs like every other couple. We have our strength and weakness as well. At the end of the day, rumours of break ups and make ups ought to abound. It really doesn’t matter. A relationship is a continuous work. Those that give up, perhaps weren’t committed enough. Those that go in for the long haul suck up and square up to the variables life throws at them. The names of personalities Ghana Government unveiled as ambassadors for Black Stars for this year’s World Cup. The ambassadors were to project the values and culture of Ghana in their numerous capacities to the world and also to campaign to raise funds to enable the supporters union of Ghana to travel to Brazil in order to support the Ghana Black Stars. Among the fifteen, John Dumelo and Jakcie Appiah represented actors – the pick which brought a whole lot of brouhaha.
 
The two are currently in Brazil relaxing to support the team on Monday.
