The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has said that no fewer than 118 people died in the twin bomb blasts which hit Jos Terminus Market yesterday in Plateau state.
Jos bomb blast scene
According
to NEMA's coordinator in the city of Jos, Mohammed Abdulsalam, 118
bodies have been recovered and the death toll could rise further.
Abdulsalam explained that more bodies may be in the debris” of buildings which collapsed due to the intensity of the blasts.
He added that 56 people were injured in the twin blasts.
Meanwhile
the Plateau state commissioner of police, Chris Olakpe said earlier
that 46 people were killed and 45 others were injured.
"We are saying 46. That’s the number we have in the morgues. But we are not ruling out more bodies," Chris said.
The
military said that improvised explosive devices were hidden inside a
truck and a minibus and went off within 20 minutes of each other.

Meet Lady Who's Addicted to Being Pregnant and Gives Babies Away For Free
37 year old surrogate, Tara Sawyer, is so addicted to pregnancy that she won’t stop until her 'womb falls out'. And despite surrogacy laws stating that she is entitled to £15,000 in expenses, Tara is content purely with the 'thrill' and refuses to take any payment.
Tara has given birth to seven children, four of whom are her own, the other three she handed over to two couples in a space of 2 years. She's at her happiest when she's with a bulging baby bump and has no plans to stop having babies for other people.
According to Tara:
'Surrogacy is very addictive. It’s a huge rush from the moment the test comes back positive. It’s an amazing feeling to hand over a child to someone who desperately wants it, and I feel at my best whilst pregnant.'Shockingly, the first surrogate baby that she gave birth to two years ago was biologically her daughter, but Tara didn’t feel any maternal love for the infant.
Tara said:
'I don’t feel like I’m giving up a baby, I feel like I’m giving it back. I don’t feel sad handing over a child that was never mine to keep.'
Tara’s husband, Matt Sawyer, 37, a truck driver, was supportive of her decision to carry strangers’ children, so with his support, Tara logged onto Facebook and started scouring surrogacy pages. Within a few weeks she met a gay couple that were desperate for help having a child. Tara donated her own egg to the couple and artificially inseminated herself at her home in Wimblington, Cambridgeshire, using a plastic pipette.
Tara said:
'From the moment I found out I was pregnant I was totally hooked - it was such a rush. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. When the baby was born there was no rush of love like when I had my other children. But handing her over to her dads was a feeling like no other.'Within days of giving birth to the baby girl, Tara was missing being pregnant. Again she logged onto Facebook and met a couple who were unable to carry children full term. On January 4 this year, she gave birth to twin boys for the couple, but she has no plans to stop yet
Tara told DM:
I've been talking to another gay couple and I hope to be pregnant for them by the end of the year.
I know that when they are older the children will want answers, especially my biological daughter. We’ve all decided that being open is the best approach and I’ll answer any questions they might have - but I’ll be clear that I’m not their mum.
When I’m not pregnant I feel empty and only a baby can fill that void. I’m addicted to the buzz of pregnancy and if I can help childless couples at the same time it would be insane not to. I won’t stop until my womb falls out.'Tara isn’t worried about the effects of pregnancy on her body, and says she is in better shape now than she was in her twenties.
'I feel at my best physically when I’m pregnant,” said Tara. “I take vitamins, go swimming, do yoga and eat healthily. I hadn’t made as much effort with my own pregnancies but the responsibility was bigger with someone else’s child. I love having a bump and people cooing over the precious little gift inside. I don’t even get stretch marks - it’s like I was made to have babies.

Rihanna Joins Cyberbullying of a Teenager Who Copied Her Dress
In what could possibly be a mix-up, Rihanna joined in cyberbullying a teenager who had made a prom dress inspired by Rihanna's stylish jumpsuit to a high profile event. The prom was hollywood themed and sixteen year old Alexis Carter was a big fan of Rihanna, though maybe not anymore.
A family member helped her make the outfit which everyone admired, and at the prom, the teenager was praised by her classmates. But on social media, especially on Twitter, many users mocked her using the hashtag #prombat.
Rihanna joined the fray by tweeting the picture above and below with debatable caption. The first with a frowning emoticon and the one below with the caption, "she gets it."
Many have read the tweets as mocking the girl, but I see some ambiguity. Rihanna has not clarified what she meant.
Do you think she was also laughing at the girl?
Jay Z is Bestman, He and Beyonce Will Attend Kim and Kanye's Wedding
Jay Z and Beyonce have returned their wedding invitation RSVP to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, saying that they will be attending their wedding on May 24. It was previously claimed that Jay Z and Beyonce refused to attend the wedding because Kanye and Kim wanted a lavish ceremony that would be filmed for Kardashian’s reality show.
Kim has denounced those rumors on Twitter, saying only wedding photos will be publicized, meaning that the wedding will not be made into a reality TV episode like her second marriage.
According to Radaronline, Jay Z will do more than attend, he will be Kanye's bestman, bestman too.
fter receiving the official RSVP from Beyonce and Jay, West was shocked to receive a surprise gift.
“The best news came when Jay sent a gift to Kanye with an inscription referring to Jay Z as the rapper’s ‘Best Man.’ The gift was a gold-plated, diamond-encrusted flask, delivered with a $10,000 bottle of scotch, for Kanye to have for his wedding day,” an insider told Radar.Reports say Kim and Kanye are expecting 1000 guests at their wedding. So I guess all roads lead to Florence, Italy next weekend. Here's praying everything goes well for the couple and their guests as they prepare and travel.
“Kanye was almost jumping up and down, he was so excited. He was running around Kris‘ house to find Kim saying, ‘Baby, look! Look! Jay and B are coming!’ Kanye has been begging Jay to reconsider his decision not to come to the wedding, an even more devastating decision that left Kanye groomsman-less when he declined being his best man during the televised nuptials.”
Vital Elements of Communition To Make Your Relationship Stronger
Communication, an open mind and open heart, and a willingness to forgive
and work together for a strong, more lasting relationship are the most
vital elements of happy, committed relationships. Above all,
relationships are not easy, but they are absolutely worth the struggle
and effort.
1. Communication: Not Just a High School Class Anymore
Most people know that communication is a vital part of a relationship, but both partners, in their own ways, have trouble actually opening their mouths and talking about their problems. Here are some common issues each gender has with the other.
About girls, for the guys: you may think we talk about anything and everything, so how possibly could we have trouble communicating. The truth is, we fear rejection and being alone more than the average guy does. The result is that most girls will talk about everything except what's bothering them most, out of fear of our significant other leaving us or being angry with us.
The cure: Reassure her that you love her, and will not leave her over a fight or relationship issue. At this point, your love should be strong enough to withstand most things, bickering and fighting included. Tell her that all long relationships have fights, and the most important thing is solving problems, so as not to build up resentment and damage the relationship.
Do not: Tell her she is being irrational for her fears of you leaving. While we know that you mean it in a reassuring sense, that you would never leave her over something so insignificant, she takes it to mean that you don't respect her opinions or emotions, and think she's a silly little girl. Her emotions, while probably irrational, are still true, and as such are valid. Treat her with the respect she deserves.
- Do romantic things together, without any distractions or worries.
- Do romantic things together, without any distractions or worries.
About guys, for the girls: Guys feel a constant pressure to perform and compete, and they constantly feel like their ladies are judging them. If they're with you, they think you're the most beautiful, most amazing thing under the sun, but they have trouble constantly reaffirming their affection. To them, what's true is true, and does not need to be constantly addressed.
The cure: Tell them what you want from them. Guys hate guessing games and are not very good at them. If you want something for Valentine's day, have a heart and at least give them some hints, like, "I want flowers, but I want you to pick out what you would most think I would like, and not roses like everyone gets." Praise them, and tell them how much you enjoy it whenever they do something unexpected for you, so they don't have to constantly wonder if you enjoyed what they did, and if they should do it again.
Do not: expect them to constantly be thinking about you, every second of the day. The fact that they love you, to them, is so obvious that it doesn't need constant reassessment. Also, girls communicate so much more non-verbally than guys do, but you've got to open your mouth and speak if you want to communicate with your boyfriend/husband. They hardly ever realize something is wrong unless you tell them.
Next time you have a fight or are even upset with your beloved, take a step back and see if some of the problem is caused by your two very different communication styles. If you can begin to see where your other half is coming from, that's half the problem resolved already!
