Female pastor escaped NAKED from kidnappers who raped her
Police in Lagos have arrested members of a gang of kidnappers who are said to have repeatedly raped a female pastor. The victim was forced to run out of the kidnappers’ den naked after being sexually assaulted by her abductors who allegedly took turns to violate her. The woman’s screams alerted residents of the area where she was being held and she was taken to a nearby police station. Eagle Online reports: She was later taken to the Area N Police Command, Ijede in Ikorodu. It was further gathered that after the gang kidnapped the woman, they kept her permanently naked, raping her whenever they felt the urge. On the fateful day she escaped, the members of the gang had gone for another operation, leaving her in the care of one of the kidnappers. Aside from the woman pastor, a Briton was also held. The woman had bolted out of the camp after the kidnapper guarding her attempted to rape her again. She was said to have jumped up and no longer caring about the gun pointed her, pushed away her would be rapist. The man’s head slammed against the wall, while the woman ran out, screaming like the hounds of hell was after her. As soon as the kidnapper realised that the woman had bolted, he took off too, unmindful of the Briton under his watch. Residents gathered round the woman, gave her clothes and took her and the Briton to the Area N Police Command. According to the residents, they didn’t know that the uncompleted building in their neighbourhood was a kidnappers’ camp. Since the rescue of the female pastor, police had arrested about two of the kidnappers, while others, including their leader, identified as Sam, are still at large. A police source revealed that since the arrest of some of the kidnappers, the female pastor has become a regular face at the office of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Ikeja, preaching to her abductors and rapists to give their lives to Jesus Christ. She tells them that she had already forgiven them. (akposjokesandriddles.blogspot.com)
Photo of the Day: This is why you should STOP eating Agege bread
It has been widely believed that some producers of Agege bread don’t use the most hygienic methods. This photo is all the evidence you need. The poor man was probably overworked and he decided to take a quick nap on the softest bed (bread) possible – freshly baked loaves of bread. He must have enjoyed the nap too, on your soft Agege bread!
Have you heard of the Cockroach Theory for Self Development?
Have you heard of the Cockroach Theory for Self Development?
At a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and sat on a lady. She started screaming out of fear. With a panic stricken face and trembling voice, she started jumping, with both her hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach. Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her group also got panicky. The lady finally managed to push the cockroach away but ...it landed on another lady in the group. Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama. The waiter rushed forward to their rescue. In the relay of throwing, the cockroach next fell upon the waiter. The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behavior of the cockroach on his shirt. When he was confident enough, he grabbed it with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant.
Sipping my coffee and watching the amusement, the antenna of my mind picked up a few thoughts and started wondering, was the cockroach responsible for their histrionic behavior? If so, then why was the waiter not disturbed? He handled it near to perfection, without any chaos. It is not the cockroach, but the inability of the ladies to handle the disturbance caused by the cockroach that disturbed the ladies.
I realized that, it is not the shouting of my father or my boss that disturbs me, but it's my inability to handle the disturbances caused by their shouting that
disturbs me. It's not the traffic jams on the road that disturbs me, but my inability to handle the disturbance caused by the traffic jam that disturbs me. More than the problem, it's my reaction to the problem that creates chaos in my life.
Lessons learnt from the story:
Do not react in life; Always respond. The women reacted, whereas the waiter responded. Reactions are always instinctive whereas responses are always well thought of, just and right to save a situation from going out of hands, to avoid cracks in relationship, to avoid taking decisions in anger, anxiety, stress or hurry..

SHOCKING: Pastor Confesses He Committed Adultery To His Congregation, Then Drops Dead
A pastor reportedly died Sunday after confessing to his congregants that he had committed adultery.
Bishop Bobby Davis of the Miracle Faith World Outreach church in Bridgeport, Connecticut, asked his congregants to stay after his sermon on March 9 so that he could ask their forgiveness for his unfaithfulness, a source said.

According to Judy Stovall, who said she witnessed the bizarre incident, emotions were apparently running high after Davis confessed his sins.
She said congregants shouted that they forgave him and told him they loved him.
"The stress of it all -- he had a heart attack," Stovall said.
Police said they've been informed about the incident and already closed the case.
"We have had numerous inquiries about a pastor who suffered a medical crisis at Miracle Faith World Outreach on Harriet Street and later died," Bridgeport Police Department spokesman Bill Kaempffer said.
"Detectives interviewed dozens of people who were present and reviewed video that was taken by a member of the church. Based on that investigation, investigators are confident that there is no criminal element."
A representative for the state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner said the cause of death is pending further review.
Neither Stovall or the church could be reached for comment on Thursday.

From Dbanj’s father to him: ‘When I was your age, I was married and I already had you! When are you going to settle down?’
Nigerian music star, D’banj has revealed that his father isn’t overjoyed about his music career.
Even though the Nigerian star enjoyed international success with his 2012 smash hit Oliver Twist and has sold over 11 million albums in his career, he revealed that his dad remains concerned that a career in music isn’t sustainable.
“’Don’t do music’ is what my father told me,” D’banj told The Voice.
“Even now, he says to me: ‘Are you sure this music thing is right for you?’”
Asked what career path his father would have preferred for him, D’banj, who released his first hit Tongolo in 2004, said: “Any other thing apart from music! My father is so quiet and reserved, whereas music puts you right out there.
“He knows that fame can destroy things and he worries about me sustaining success.
“He also says: ‘When I was your age, I was married and I already had you! When are you going to settle down?’’
Still, the singer-songwriter says that settling down isn’t part of his immediate plan.
“I think I want to get a Grammy first! But if an angel should pass, I might just be distracted!” (StarGist)
