25 year old man rapes 85-Year-Old Great-Grandmother In Ekiti

The operatives of the Department of Criminal Investigation, Ado-Ekiti have arrested one Familola Ayodeji, 25, for the rape of an 85 year old woman on the 25th December, 2014.

According to Source, the victim, a great grandmother was asleep when the suspect sneaked into her room, bolted the door and forcefully took advantage of her.

The suspect initially went into hiding after the act but was caught in the dragnet spread for him by detectives.

Medical report confirmed that the victim was raped by the suspect, he will soon be charged to court.

Two Sheriff’s deputies in Savannah, Georgia have been placed on administrative leave with pay for “inappropriate actions” due to the death of 22-year-old Nigerian student, Matthew Ajibade, who died in their custody.

According to Source, Ajibade who suffered from bipolar disorder, died in the isolation cell of a Savannah county jail.

He had been arrested for battery after the police were called over a domestic incident.

Local news reports state that it was Ajibade’s girlfriend who called the police, and when they arrived; she told them he needed to go to the hospital. However, a preliminary incident report on the arrest states that neither Ajibade nor his girlfriend requested to be taken to the hospital.

When officers arrived at the scene, Ajibade was said to be standing with his girlfriend, and holding her tightly. They both had a blanket over their heads.

The girlfriend subsequently removed the blanket when authorities arrived, and when she did so, her face appeared to be bruised and her nose was bleeding, police allege.

The police report also states that when an officer tried to pull them apart, Ajibade “started to resist apprehension in a violent manner, and was taken to the ground, so that he could be handcuffed.”

 Ajibade’s girlfriend reportedly informed police of his medical condition, handing them a bottle labeled Divalproex, that contained pills. The drug is usually used to treat certain types of bipolar disorder or seizures.

Authorities said he was placed in an isolation cell because “he became combative with deputies while being booked and his behavior was deemed dangerous.”

Ajibade eventually died in the cell.

His family is demanding answers, and insists that he should have been taken to the hospital instead of jail.

An investigation into the cause of his death is currently ongoing.

Ajibade who studied film at the Savannah College of Art and Design before deciding on computer science and switching to Savannah Technical College, was born in Lagos, Nigeria.

“Matthew was going places, and they were good places,” O’Mara said. “And we need to know why he’s never going to get there,” says his brother, Chris Oladapo.

She is a model named Lara Stone. And some young women want to murder her.

“I'll kill that girl,” Tweeted a user with the handle @ameliebeliever 6, while another added: "hi bitch i hate u. touch justins d*** again and ill kill u im not joking."

Disturbingly, this is not the first time Bieber supporters have taken their passion for the star WAY too far.

In March 2011, soon after Selena Gomez started to date Justin, she was the victim of similar threats from her new boyfriend's followers.

Bieber should really take to his social media accounts and tell these misguided souls to calm the eff down.

In another controversy related to his seductive photo shoot, meanwhile, many are asking another troubling question: Did Justin stuff his crotch?

Nigerian model and beauty pageant winner, Ether Kanu is dead. The 24-year old beauty queen died yesterday morning, Wednesday, January 7, 2014.

 

According to reports circulating the blogosphere,she suddenly slumped and was rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead.

The Director of Queen of Aso Nigeria beauty pageant, Desmond Agboola also confirmed the sad news.

Esther won the Queen of Aso beauty pageant in 2012,also in 2013, she contested for the most beautiful girl in Nigeria pageant, representing Abia state.

Before she passed on, she posted on her social media Page wishing her friends the best Christmas ever.

Bride Dumps Groom On Wedding Day: See Why

A final student of Federal Polytechnic, Oko in Anambra State, southeast Nigeria, did the unthinkable when she snubbed her groom on her wedding day and called off the wedding already arranged by the two families.

According to Source, the wedding was to take place on Saturday, 3 January, 2015 and guests invited to witness the ceremony at St Patrick Catholic Church, Umuchu in Aguata Local government, Anambra State, were shocked when Ifunanya Igwebuike refused to show up to tie the knot with Ekene Uzoigwe.

After several hours of waiting, she later sent a message to the Parish Priest, Rev. Father Lawrence Maduagwu, that she was no longer interested and asked him to cancel the wedding.

Ifunanya alleged that she could not go ahead with the marriage because she was a graduate unlike Uzoigwe whom she claimed was a school drop-out.

Rev. Maduagwu had no option than to inform the groom and the guests that were already seated at the church hall that the wedding had been cancelled.

This caused an uproar in the church as guests who expressed shock over what happened started trooping out of the church.

Narrating what happened,  Uzoigwe said he proposed to Ifunanya for marriage and she agreed on condition that he would send her to school, which he agreed.

He said after she gained admission, he was financing her education and they agreed to wed during her final year.

He said he had paid her bride price and she was part of the whole wedding plan and he even gave her parents N160,000 to prepare for the wedding, besides other arrangements and expenses incurred on the wedding and reception.

Uzoigwe said she did not inform him about her decision to back out of the wedding until he got to the church only for the priest to inform him and the guests about  the cancellation of the wedding.

“If she had informed me, I would not have made arrangements. We had already cooked food and bought drinks for the wedding,” he said.

He said when he contacted her parents, they said they would not force her and asked him to come and take back the money he gave them to prepare for the wedding.

Uzoigwe said he was still shocked about what happened because he did not quarrel with Ifunanya before the fateful day.

He said he also made sure she was comfortable by making money available to her while in school.

Uzoigwe is a business man based in Abakiliki, the Ebonyi State capital. He met Ifunanya at their home town, Umuchu, where he proposed and sent her to school.
