No sex since…? You have cobwebs down there – Dumelo tells Yvonne Nelson

Ghanaian actor John Dumelo has mocked bubbly actress Yvonne Nelson, who claims she has not had sex since January this year.

The actress disclosed during a conversation with John on Tuesday that since January 2014, she had starved herself of sex.

John Dumelo posted a video of the conversation on photo sharing site Instagram Tuesday and deleted it shortly after but the prying eyes of Myjoyonline.com was quick to save a copy before the deletion.

In what looked like they were on a movie location, John asked the actress, “So you’ve not had sex since January?” to which Yvonne swiftly responded, “Yes since…”

The award winning actor then jokingly jabbed, “then you have cobwebs over there.”

Yvonne concurred, “I’m telling you.” A clearly amused John Dumelo, together with some persons on location with them, burst into an uncontrollable laughter.

This will not be the first time Yvonne Nelson is disclosing that she is sex starved.

During a revealing interview on The Juice with Toolz last year, while talking about her relationship with Nigerian musician, Iyanya, she revealed that she had not had sex for seven months.

“It’s been seven months, I’m like a secondary virgin now. I haven’t seen anyone, done nothing,” she disclosed during that interview in July 2013.

50 Cent confirms G-Unit reunion

There has been plenty of speculation about a G-Unit reunion album for a follow-up of their 2008 Terminate on Sight project. Now the head of G-Unit 50 Cent has confirmed we will be hearing new music from the crew.

Although 50 was brief, he did reveal the deadline for the reunion album is in the fall.“Yes, you’ll see an album by late November,” 50 Cent revealed in a televised interview.

Young Buck and Lloyd Banks recently spoke on the groups plans for the album and they said, G-Unit fans should expect them to create a new project as a collective.
At the screening of the new Starz series, executive, produced by 50 Cent, Young Buck stated “We got no dates,  in the studio working. Stay tuned.”
“Work is in progress. We just put out the new freestyle this week” Banks added.

Gang Members Led By Pastor To Be Hanged For Robbery Committed 9 Years Ago

Four persons were sentenced to death by hanging for robbing a commercial bank in Akure, in 2005.

Nine years ago, four companions - a pastor, Adeniyi Mathew, an evangelist, Akeem Benjamin, a businessman from Delta State, Cosmos Obi, and an apprentice radiator technician, Sherif Ogunleye - robbed a branch of the NBM Bank in Akure.
The incident took place on the night of June 2, 2005. According to the bank's data, the criminals took with them at least N26 million and were later caught in Ibadan.

They were nabbed after detectives detained Akeem Benjamin for being in possession of over N825,000 in NBM Bank wrappers.
Probably the evangelist сollaborated with law enforcement agencies as the investigation in the case was launched and 5 more suspects were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the Akure robbery.
A high court in Akure, Ondo State has sentenced 4 of them to death by hanging. (Naij)

In the beginning of her speech she was offered to take a sit due to health condition, but Dora refused and insisted to make her address standing.
First of all, she started with commending President Goodluck Jonathan for having a courage to convene the event, and then switched to the main part of her message:

Nigerians have for long clamoured for an opportunity such as this to discuss our problems and come up with solutions that will strengthen the bond of our nationhood. I regard this national conference as President Jonathan's best centenary gift to Nigerians, and a proof that he is a listening president.
Mr. President's speech oozes humility, modesty, patriotism and a deep concern for the present and future of this beautiful country, Nigeria. Mr President in that speech admitted that sovereignty belongs to the people. And those in authority are only holding power on trust for the people and of course that nobody has monopoly of knowledge. Hence, the decision for convening this conference. One thing that stands out from Mr President's speech is that there is no trace of negativism.
For instance, he made it clear that Nigeria's unity is not negotiable and our duty at this conference is to discuss ways to build a stronger and better Nigeria, and I totally agree with him.
I am convinced that Nigeria should remain as one nation after 100 years despite her challenges because our common values overwhelm our differences.
Apart from our long history of togetherness, we've also enjoyed many decades of inter-marriages and mutual co-existence. We have to make sure that this conference delivers on the true spirit of Mr President's speech.
While we discuss the value of unity as written in his speech, we must realize that millions of Nigerians are being discriminated against in various parts of this country where they are born; where their forefathers lived; based on the so-called state of origin.
The founding fathers of Nigeria had a dream of building a united, prosperous, and developed nation state where social justice reigns. We also have to continue to dream because once we stopped dreaming then life is gone.
In conclusion, I am convinced that Nigeria will work and fulfil its destiny.
I therefore look forward to collaborating with other delegates to chart the way for a better a new Nigeria. We all want to see a positively transformed Nigeria and I therefore urge all of us to work individually and collectively so as to set the right agenda for the Nigeria of our dream.
Mr Chairman, distinguished delegates, I leave you with the words of these Greek proverb "A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in."

It would be recalled that a former Director General of the NAFDAC and ex minister of Information Professor Dora Akunyili passed away on June 7, 2014, at the age of 59. She lost two-year-long battle with cancer. (Naij.com)

The majority of games will be shown live, including the tournament’s opening fixture between hosts Brazil and Croatia on June 12.
Match coverage will be produced by FIFA’s TV broadcast production team before it’s tailored for in-flight viewing by IMG Media.
Richard Wise, senior vice president of IMG Media, said: "We are committed to showing the biggest events live on Sport 24 and we are obviously therefore delighted that we will be carrying FIFA TV’s broadcast production of the 2014 FIFA World Cup on the channel.
"Football fans who will need to travel by air during the tournament can now choose to do so safe in the knowledge that they need not miss any of the action in Brazil this summer."

Tiwa On The Front Page of SA Paper After MAMAs Win, Replies Wanted Critics

The Times of South Africa put Tiwa Savage on their front page in an article titled "Too hot to be stopped by savage backlash" which is obviously a play on her name. They acknowledged her win at the MAMAs and her nod to her supportive husband while she defends her choice to make the Rated 18 miusic video for her song, Wanted.

The article talked about how Tiwa "has copped lots of flak of late", and how she "had been called all sorts of names, even getting a patronising letter from a Nigerian housewife. Below is what Tiwa, who is not surprised that the video has been banned from airing on most stations, said,

"[Being sexual] is something we're comfortable with behind closed doors but very uncomfortable with in public," she said. "But, fortunately, as artists we have the platform to do things that a lot of people might not be able to do. I felt like I was at a stage in my life at which I was very comfortable in my skin.

"I'd worked on my body and I wanted to do a video that was pushing the envelope - that would have people talking and open up a conversation."

"I feel that while being a role model I also need to explore my life as a woman and target the adult market.

"There are a lot of people who love the video and are inspired. You learn you can't please everyone, so you do what feels right at the time."

"A lot of times you look at an artist and you think what they do on stage is their lifestyle, but just because we portray a certain thing on stage doesn't mean when we get off the stage we sleep with every guy we see.

"It's just a persona. I don't think anyone can look at my life and see any scandal.

"That's what parents should be teaching their children. Whether Tiwa Savage does it or not, they will have access to certain things that are bad, so we need to teach them how to decide between good and bad."
