their home pitch, Camp Nou. Barcelona has announced that star player
Lionel Messi has signed a new and improved contract.

consider his options if he no longer feels the "affection" the club he
joined at a very young age.
The club released a statement on their
official site saying: "FC Barcelona would like to announce that Leo
Messi and the Club signed a revised contract this afternoon,".
"The
signing took place in the presence of Leo Messi, his father Jorge Messi
and the Club President Josep Maria Bartomeu, as well as the sporting
vice-president Jordi Mestre and the Club CEO, Antoni Rossich.
"During
the signing, which was made in the Presidential Box at the Camp Nou,
Leo Messi repeatedly expressed his excitement about the new deal."

Things Women Do That Really Annoy Nigerian Men....
Post was sent in by a reader..
Nigerian women too dey form. Yes, there are certain things men do that really bother women, but ladies, here's what you people do that really annoys us:
- 1. When you tell us what qualities you like in a man, but the men you date are entirely different than what you claim you want.
For example, many women date men who are jerks. However, you’ll probably never meet a woman
who will tell you how much they love men who treat them poorly, because it is not socially acceptable to want to be with someone like that. Some women may justify their interest in “jerkish” men by indicating that being treated poorly somehow makes the man seem like a “badass”. However, after a breakup, the same women will typically whine and complain about how there is a lack of good men in existence after dealing with these terrible men.
In this case, the problem isn’t the man so much as it is a woman’s poor taste/judgment of men. Don’t get me wrong. I know terrible men exist, but every woman has the common sense and the ability to wait for a decent guy; when you meet one, you should actually give him a chance. So wait. Good people (both male or female) are so much more worth it for the same reason gold is so valuable: rarity.
- 2. When you try to change a man.
Change in a man occurs the same way evolution does: either a drastic event causes it (mutation in the case of evolution), or it happens EXTREMELY slowly over a VERY long period of time. Unless you are the most patient person ever, I suggest you move on and find someone else.
- 3. You like it when a guy you’re interested in becomes jealous when you receive attention from other guys.
- 4. When a woman acts like a “princess.”
It’s perfectly reasonable to hope (and expect) a decent guy to treat you that nicely, but to go around calling yourself a princess and acting like you’re entitled to be treated that way is just really annoying and sad. Stop it. If anything, you deserve it much less than a girl who is decent and humble.
- 5. When a woman acts/is dependent on a man.
Customs Officer Bathes Sales Girl In Acid, Boasts Of Being Above The Law..
One Mr. Nwaeze, a Nigerian Customs officer allegedly bathed a
woman in with a deadly acid solution about two weeks ago and is said to
be boasting that he is above arrest.
The incident happened on Friday, the 9th May, 2014, when the victim, Ms. Tope Fadipe, a salesgirl at a local food store run by Mr. Nwaeze's family was accused of not remitting N50,000 stock sales, and she had denied the allegation.
The victim, Ms Tope Fadipe
According to community residents, Mr. Nwaeze got angry that she refused to accept the allegation against her and a heated argument ensued. In the process, he allegedly bathed her with a deadly acid solution.
Ms Tope had been selling stocks for the family for about three years before the ugly incident which was reported at the Badagry Police Station.
Mr. Nwaeze who is said to head a Customs unit at Mosafejo Aradagun, is quoted as boasting that no one can arrest him, adding that he "can do and undo".
On Saturday, the 10th of May, one day after the incident, Mr. Nwaeze was said to have appeared at the Police Station, and had returned shortly afterwards to show he is above arrest.
A resident in the street where the incident took place said Nwaeze has been belching his car radio speakers loudly whenever driving in the street, to intimidate and oppress people due to his status as a Customs Officer.
The victim is currently being treated at the Badagry General Hospital for her severe burns though doctors and witnesses say her condition is getting worse.
It was further gathered from a medical source that, Nwaeze is trying to secretly collect Ms. Tope from the hospital, without giving off any hint what he wants to do with her. (Naij.com)

Two-Year-Old Boy Set Ablaze In Imo State, Father Allegedly Threatened Other Community Members
A two-year-old boy was allegedly set ablaze by his own father
at Umuahim Ikenga village, Eziudo autonomous community of Ezinihitte,
Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State.
The tragic incident happened on May 10. Uchechi Nwaogwugwu had reportedly poured petrol on his little son before setting him on fire for misbehaving.
According to Nwaogwugwu's neighbour, he saw the former carrying a container of fuel and allegedly saying he would teach his son a lesson for defecating on his cloth. Later, the neighbour saw thick smoke emanating from Nwaogwugwu's compound, as the tenant emerged, with his hand burning, threw the flame at his son and ran away.
Before the neighbours could rescue the boy, he was already dead.
However, local police presented a slightly different version of the story: Nwaogwugwu was trying to light his lamp with the kerosene and petrol he had bought, but, after mixing both substances, the lapm exploded. Nwaogwugwu then mistakingly threw the cloth that caught fire at his son who was in the corridor.
The police have arrested the boy's father, while the boy's remains were taken to the local hospiral. The police have also described the father of the boy as a "stubborn" person and explained that was the reason for the locals' suspecting him of the deliberate crime.
Local residents, who spoke to Daily Trust, said the suspect had repeatedly threatened to kill at least seven persons in the community, including his wife who had run away when he threatened her.
The traditional ruler of Eziudo autonomous community, His Royal Majesty, Eze Desmond Oguguo, also confirmed the incident and the fact that the father of the boy had previously threatened other community members.

Its Over! Nadia Buari dumps Jim Iyke over anger issues!..
So many had wondered how Nadia Buari ended up dating Nollywood bad boy, Jim Iyke who in the past has had issues in his relationships over his bad temper. The news of the new 'Kanye and Kim' in town was too good to be true and no one easily believed it till they came out on twitter last year to gush out about their love for each other.
The whole world was hoping they would get married soon as they looked inseparable, attending events and parties together all loved up.
Then came Jim Iyke's deliverance at T.B Joshua's SCOAN. A deliverance from whatever spirit is stopping him from getting married. Everyone now accepted and anticipated what would look like one of the hottest marriage that would surely attract fanfares.
Then photos of Jim proposing to Nadia on her birthday after he took her on a world tour in Italy all but confirmed they were getting married. Nadia never ceased to flaunt her engagement ring when she attended press conferences and events. It became clear all wasn't right when Nadia took to twitter months later to deny being proposed to with Jim also claiming the photos of him proposing to Nadia were all some publicity stunt for his Jim Iyke unscripted. However, it appears their relationship has hit a rock due to Jim's bad temper.
A source close to Nadia Buari has revealed to an online journal that even though the actress tried to cope and handle Jim's temper, she has had enough! She felt like she cannot change Jim and there was no point hanging in there.
The source revealed that Nadia had more arguments and fights with Jim Iyke than any sort of decent conversation:"The relationship has ended and if you see them together again, then they are trying hard to play the media. She just can't take his temper anymore so she has ended it.
It is not worth it for her and all that she thought Jim could do for her career did not also materialize" the source said. This is so bad for Jim who is 37 and has always want to settle down.
Lagos Female Banker Dies With Lover in Imo While Making Love(Must Read)
A female banker and her lover died while having sex at Eziudo autonomous community in Ezinihitte, Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State.
The two deceased were Mrs. Adejoke Ayeola, 44, from Iperu Remo in Ogun State, and Wilson Ugwunna, 42. Both have two children each with their respective spouses. Mrs. Ayeola was said to have been married to a traditional ruler in Ogun State.
It has been gathered that Mr. Ugwunna's family were alerted when he failed to show up on April 27, 2014. Both lovers were discovered in a bed together. Mrs. Ayeola's body was said to having started to decompose, while Ugwunna was in deep coma. The corpse of the woman was taken to a mortuary, as the man was taken to a hospital but later died.
Indigenes of Eziudo community disclosed to Daily Trust they strongly suspected the tragedy was caused by magun, a Yoruba charm commonly used in Yorubaland and usually cast upon a woman suspected of illicit affairs.
The traditional ruler of Eziudo community, Eze Desmond Oguguo, HRM, confirmed the incident. He recalled that a day prior to the tragedy, Mr. Ugwunna brought a Yoruba lady home from Lagos and introduced her as his future wife, although he already had a wife and two children whom he had reportedly abandoned three years ago. The children are currently staying with his mother in Owerri, the Imo State capital.
Another member of the community disclosed that the lady's husband came and took her corpse to Yorubaland.
It was further gathered that the lady, who worked in a new generation bank, had lied to her husband that she was attending a meeting in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, while she went to Mbaise with her lover.
However, the medical director of Obizie People Medical Centre where Wilson was rushed to for medical attention, Dr. Ohanyere Alex Chibuike, said the rumour about magun was baseless. He said the real cause of their deaths was the carbon monoxide they inhaled from a generating set throughout the night, explaining that he conducted tests on the deceased.
The commissioner of police, Imo State command, Mr. Abdulmaheed Ali confirmed the incident.

Many Nigerian artistes lead fake lives" -Duncan Mighty
In a new interview with Punch,Duncan Mighty said:
“A lot of Nigerian artistes’ lead fake lives. They claim to be what they are not, just because they want to meet up their peers and fellow artistes. I live in my own house (it has a swimming pool, lounge and studio) and I make bold to say I didn’t buy it. I built it from the scratch. But a lot of these artistes will claim they bought a house for N300m or N400m.But I didn’t spend up to that amount to build my house. If you have that amount, say N500m, you don’t go and buy one property. There are many things to do with money. They claim they have state-of-the-art cars, but that is not my priority. I have choice cars, but it takes a lot of money to maintain such cars.”
