Breaking News: 2014/15 Premier League Fixtures Out

Fixtures for the 2014/15 Barclays Premier League season has been released this morning, 18 June, 2014 in England.

According to the fixtures, new Manchester United manager, Louis van Gaal, was handed a dream start to life with a comfortable start to the EPL in contrast to his predecessor David Moyes, who was handed a tough start last season when he replaced Sir Alex Ferguson.
The Holland head coach, who will take over at Old Trafford at the end of the World Cup, has a home game against Swansea City to begin with on August 16.
That is then followed up with two away fixtures at Sunderland and Burnley before a home game against Queens Park Rangers on September 13.
United don’t actually face a potential title rival until the end of October when they host Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea.

Although the new United boss should be able to breathe easy looking at the opening games, it does all change when April hits. Chelsea and Everton await on April 18 and 25 respectively, with a Manchester derby at home the week before that. Arsenal are the visitors on May 16.

The defending champions, Manchester City will face severe tests in their title defence during the opening weeks as they play Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side host the Reds on August 23 before welcoming Chelsea to the Etihad Stadium on September 20.
It represents a tough start for the champions – who kick off away at Newcastle – in the opening five weeks, with a trip to Arsenal sandwiching the titanic home clashes.
Rickie Lambert will find himself reunited with old Southampton team-mates on the opening weekend as the Saints travel to Anfield on the opening day, while newly-promoted Burnley look to get off to a flyer against Chelsea at Turf Moor.

The Clarets are no strangers to early season shocks after Robbie Blake’s thunderous winner settled things against Manchester United in the opening weeks of the 2009/10 season.
Arsenal begin their season against Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium, with Everton travelling to Leicester City.
QPR boss Harry Redknapp – heavily indebted to Bobby Zamora’s last gasp strike against Derby County in the Championship play-off final at Wembley last month – is a Premier League manager once again and he starts with an important tussle with Hull City at Loftus Road.
While the 67-year-old will undoubtedly be looking forward to that, he may have more than half-an-eye on weekend afterwards; he takes his side to Tottenham Hotspur and White Hart Lane on August 23.

Stoke City are hoping to build on a positive finish to last year and – with all the talk of another top half finish – they will want points against an Aston Villa side that ought to look slightly different this time around first up.
Paul Lambert has brought in Roy Keane as his assistant at Villa Park as the club look to have a shake-up after a run of disappointing years.
And, on paper at least, they have the opportunity to hit the ground running. After Stoke they host Newcastle and then Steve Bruce’s Hull.
West Ham United have been selling memorabilia in their club shop to remember the three wins against Spurs last time out and they have a chance to add to that with an opening day clash at Upton Park.
But there is likely to be an added dimension to the visitors this time around after Mauricio Pochettino was appointed after Tim Sherwood was unceremoniously dumped by Daniel Levy despite a number of impressive results.
West Brom’s Alan Irvine era starts in earnest at the Hawthorns as Sunderland travel to the Midlands. The former Preston and Sheffield Wednesday boss has to hit the ground running and has games away at Southampton and Swansea City in the weeks afterwards.
It wouldn’t be a Premier League season without some tasty festive fixtures and this year is no different.
Liverpool will think back to the mauling they served to Arsenal just months ago when the pair meet at Anfield on December 20, while the Reds make the short trip to Burnley on Boxing Day.
Alan Pardew’s Newcastle are at Old Trafford on the same day, which will be exactly two years on from the 4-3 thriller at the same ground. Van Gaal then has a trip to Spurs two days later before a tricky-looking assignment at Stoke City on New Year’s Day. (Naij.com)

A Woman's guide to shaving pubic hair…

Shaving pubic hair is a sexy trend for a growing number of men and women, but it does require some finesse to do it well. Whether you're male or female, the process is pretty much the same— lose the hair and avoid the irritation. To get going down there, skip to step 1.

Step 1: Pick the right shaving cream

Pubic region is one of the most sensitive parts of the body hence you should be very careful while choosing the shaving cream. Soaps do not form sufficient lather and foams or creams used by men for shaving may not provide sufficient lubrication and protection for your sensitive private parts. Use shaving creams or gels that contain moisturising agents such as aloe vera or vitamin E.

Step 2: Choose a proper razor

It is extremely important to choose an appropriate razor for shaving pubic hair. A cheap disposable razor with a single blade is likely to cause you cuts or nicks on your most sensitive parts and may hurt you immensely. It is recommended that you use multi-bladed razor with a moisturizing strip on its head to give you a smooth, close shave.

Step 3: Trim long hair

To make shaving easier, a good idea would be to trim down pubic hair longer than a quarter of an inch with scissors. Cutting it as short as possible means you will have to deal with less hair while shaving. This will make the shaving process less painful and less messy.

Step 4: Take a warm shower or bath

Always remove pubic hair after a warm shower or after soaking yourself in a hot tub for a few minutes. This will help to open the pores of the skin and soften hair follicles, making it easy for you to remove hairs from the root. Removing pubic hair following a bath also prevents the growth of ingrown hair, a problem women frequently encounter when shaving pubic hair.

Step 5: Exfoliate the skin

Experts also recommend exfoliating to remove dead skin cell to facilitate a closer shave. Use a mild exfoliate or a body wash with a washcloth or loofah sponge on your pubic area.

Step 6: Use a shaving oil

For extra smooth shaving experience, you may apply some shaving oil. This will help razor glide easily over your skin and prevent razor burn, general irritation and ingrown hairs.

Step 7: Apply shaving cream or gel

Apply a generous amount of shaving cream or gel on a damp but not wet skin. You may also use a shaving brush to work up a good lather to ensure a smooth shave.

Step 8: Ready to shave

Using a fresh blade, first move the shaver in the same direction of hair growth and then in opposite direction. Use one hand to pull your skin taut and the other to glide the razor.

Don’t go over the same area too many times to avoid getting a cut. Remember to rinse the blade after every couple of strokes. A clogged razor will not work well. After shaving, rinse pubic area and pat dry with towel. Use cool water to rinse, as it will help to close the pores and follicles, reducing the chance of irritation.

Step 9: Moisturise

Moisturise the freshly shaven pubic area using baby oil, vitamin E or aloe vera. This will help to soothe your skin after the shave and reduce the chance of pimples or razor burn. It is best to avoid moisturizers that contain fragrances and colours, as they may cause irritation.

Some useful tips on shaving pubic hair

• Some women suffer from increased genital sensitivity during menstruation. They must avoid shaving during this period

• You may consider using a small mirror to see well if you are taking off most of your pubic hair
• Moisturise and powder the area daily to avoid irritation

• Try to wear cotton underwear and to stay away from tight fitting pants. The lack of air circulation and friction of tight cloths may lead to in-grown hairs
