Almost every person on earth has a scar they would like to get rid of. There are many reasons why a person could have scars, varying from injuries and accidents to skin conditions such as acne and eczema. However, many people are unaware of natural scar removal treatments.

Types Of Scars
-Keloidal scars – Elevated, dark, benign tumors that appears on ears, back, shoulders and chest. This can be very difficult to remove since it goes overboard the boundary of the affected area.

1. Egg whites
Egg whites have powerful healing qualities that can help heal scarring and make it less visible. Egg whites are full of proteins and amino acids which tightens the pores to prevent new breakouts while lightening scarred skin.
Whip 3 egg whites until they become fluffy and white. Use your fingers to spread the egg whites on to your skin, concentrating on the problem areas. Let the egg whites dry for a few minutes and then rinse with warm water. Do this 2-3 times a week and before long, scars will fade significantly.

2. Baking Soda
Baking soda will elimate dead skin and make scars less visible over time. Baking soda is coarse, but not so much to be damaging. Apply gently and it will act as a natural exfoliant without causing inflammation or irritation.
Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with water to make a consistent paste. Very gently massage the baking soda onto skin and let sit for one minute, then rinse with warm water. Make sure to moisturize after this treatment. A little coconut oil massaged gently in the skin is a great alternative to moisturizer.
3. Lemon Juice
Lemons contain alpha hydroxy acids, which have healing properties for the skin. The AHA in lemon juice removes dead skin cells, helps new cells grow, and gives skin its elasticity back. Lemon juice is often described as a natural bleach, so it’s not too surprising that it can help lighten scars.
To use lemon juice to lighten scars, cleanse the scar area thoroughly. Then, put 1 tsp. of lemon juice on a cotton ball and apply to the scarred area. Rinse off after 8-10 minutes. Lemon juice can make your skin photosensitive, so be sure to use proper precautions when in the sun.
4. Honey
Honey retains moisture well. By keeping the recovering skin tissue moist, honey aids in cells regeneration. Honey’s potent antibacterial power makes it an excellent choice for the treatment of wounds, such as burns, ulcers, bacterial infections, acne, and even scars that occur after wounds heal.
Mix a teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice and honey and apply a thick coat to your face. Let sit for 15-20 minutes and rinse well with warm water. Repeat 3-4 times a week and scars will fade before you know it.
5. Aloe Vera Juice
Aloe Vera juice is another great option to naturally heal scars. Not only does it soothe inflamed skin, it also boosts the immune system and regenerates damaged tissue. Its mild acerbic qualities ensure, that with regular usage, are prevented resulting in a softer skin, decreased swelling and invigorating new cell growth.
While you can purchase various Aloe Vera products at your local pharmacy, the best thing to do is purchase an aloe plant.
To use the aloe from an aloe vera plant, break off a leaf and rub the gel-like contents onto the skin. Let it dry, then leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash off with warm water. Try to do this every day to rapidly minimize the appearance of scarring.

This Study says Radiation Therapy Can Make Cancers 30x Worse Malignant

Research now proving conventional cancer treatment with chemotherapy and radiation as a major contributing cause of cancer patient mortality.
It has been reported by the Researchers from the Department of Radiation Oncology at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center that radiation treatment can kill half of all tumor cells but it also transforms cancer cells into treatment-resistant breast cancer stem cells. Researchers have discovered that even when radiation kills half of the tumor cells treated, there are surviving cells which have become resistant to treatment, these are known as induced breast cancer stem cells (iBCSCs), and were up to 30 times more likely to form tumors than the non-irradiated breast cancer cells. Basically, the radiation treatment regresses the total population of cancer cells, this give the false appearance that the treatment is working, but what it’s actually doing is increasing the ratio of highly malignant to benign cells within that tumor, this will eventually lead to the iatrogenic (treatment-induced) death of the patient.

“When we look at early-stage cancer patients, we compare patients receiving exactly the same treatment, and some fail and some are cured, and we can’t predict who those patients will be,” says Frank Pajonk, MD, PhD, the study’s senior author and an associate professor of radiation oncology and Jonsson Cancer Center researcher.
Radiotherapy has also shown to increase cancer stem cells in the prostate, this can result in the cancer recurring and a worsened prognosis. Cancer stem cells may also explain why castration therapy often fails in prostate cancer treatment.
Following on the heels of revelations that x-ray mammography may be contributing to an epidemic of future radiation-induced breast cancers, in a new article titled, “Radiation Treatment Generates Therapy Resistant Cancer Stem Cells From Aggressive Breast Cancer Cells,” published in the journal Cancer July 1^st, 2012, researchers from the Department of Radiation Oncology at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center report that radiation treatment actually drives breast cancer cells into greater malignancy.

The researchers’ continue to work and have began to identify the pathways and several classes of drugs that can prevent this process from occurring.  They have identified 2 different targets and drugs that could help prevent it. The group has published their results of the study in breast cancer but also has made similar observations in both glioblastoma and head and neck cancer.
In a study by Dr. Pajonk and colleagues removed the smaller pool of BCSCs and then irradiated the rest of the breast cancer cells and put them in mice. They observed the initial generation into iBCSCs in response to the radiation treatment through a unique imaging system. The new cells were very similar to the BCSCs that had been found in tumors that had not been irradiated. They also found that these iBCSCs had a more than x30 increased ability to form tumors than the nonirradiated breast cancer cells.

Dr. Pajonk says the study does not discredit radiation therapy. “Patients come to me scared by the idea that radiation generates these cells, but it truly is the safest and most effective therapy there is.”

So according to mainstream medicine even though radiation therapy causes more cancer than it kills they still claim that radiation is the only and safest way to combat cancer, but anyone who has been paying attention will know of other natural cures, ie hemp oil, controlling your body’s pH around 7.5, positive mental attitude and apricot seeds (b 17), vitamin C etc. All of these natural cures need more research but are sadly ignored by mainstream medicine to the point of lawsuit and ridicule despite the thousands of personal experiences and testimonials available with simple search engine searches.

1. Soda
Soda is a major factor in overweight and obesity. Drinking one can of soda a day can add more than 1 pound of weight gain every month. A single 12-ounce can of soda has as much as 13 teaspoons of sugar in the form of high-fructose corn syrup.
Soda also damages the liver. Studies have shown that consumption of too many soft drinks puts the liver in danger of cirrhosis similar to what chronic alcoholics have. The preservative sodium benzoate may be the cause.
Soda also has a high phosphoric acid content, a substance known to change the urine in a way that promotes kidney stone formation. Research found that drinking two or more sodas a day, artificially sweetened or regular, was linked to a twofold risk of chronic kidney disease. Chronic kidney disease includes conditions that damage and decrease the kidney’s ability to remove toxins and maintain normal fluid balance.
Heavy soda drinkers are also more likely to develop risk factors that will lead to heart disease. Research suggests that drinking more than one soft drink a day is associated with an increased risk of developing the metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is a group of symptoms such as central obesity, elevated blood pressure, elevated fasting blood sugar, elevated fasting triglycerides, low levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL or “good” cholesterol). Having three or more of the symptoms increases a person’s risk of developing diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
2. Hot Dogs and Lunch Meat
Sodium nitrate is a salt that is added to hot dogs, bacon and other cured meats that acts as a preservative. The reason they are so bad for us is that when we cook them at high temps, they form Nitrosamines, which are carcinogenic.
Nitrite-based preservatives have been linked to pancreatic cancer.
Another big reason to avoid nitrates is the link to an increased risk of cancer in both children and adults. The Linus Pauling Institute warns that nitrates are associated with an increase in brain tumors, leukemia and nose and throat tumors. With these strong warnings, its best to avoid sodium nitrate whenever possible.
3. French Fries
French fries are fried in trans-fat loaded oils. Trans fats makes the platelets in blood stickier. Platelets are part of the blot clotting mechanisms. These sticky little platelets could form clots that attach to the walls of arteries that form plaque and cause heart disease later in life.
French fries also have high levels of acrylamide, reported to be a possible cancer-causing substance.
Acrylamide is a chemical formed when frying, roasting, grilling or baking carbohydrate-rich foods at temperatures above 120°C.
“Animal tests have shown acrylamide to be a carcinogen, but until recently no studies have demonstrated a link between acrylamide in foods and cancer in humans. Ours is the first epidemiological study using biological markers for measuring acrylamide exposure, and the first to report a positive association between acrylamide and breast cancer,” says Henrik Frandsen, senior scientist at the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark.
 
4. Breakfast Cereal
Cereals begin as nutritious whole grains, but by the time they are packaged and stocked at your local supermarket, they are not only crammed with high levels of refined salt and sugar, but are completely stripped of any real nutrients.
Cereal is produced by a process called “extrusion” which involves high heat and high pressure to form the grain into the O’s, flakes, and other popular cereal shapes. Extrusion destroys most of the nutrients, including some of the chemical vitamins that are added to “fortify” the cereal. Extrusion especially ravages amino acids leaving them highly toxic. Protein structures are greatly altered, and as a result, new compounds form which are completely foreign, potentially harmful, and definitely should not be considered a healthy breakfast.

Rescued Abandoned Newborn Baby Dies after being Rejected by 2 Public Hospitals.

 A new born baby abandoned by her mother was recently discovered in a swampy dump-site around Great Aduke School, Victory Estate in Iba area of Lagos. However, the baby finally died after being rejected by two public hospitals.

Vanguard gathered that the baby girl was discovered inside a carton by a young man (names withheld) who had gone to inspect his building site in the estate. According to him:

 “on getting to my site, I started hearing an unusual sound. I kept moving towards the direction of the sound. As I moved closer, I discovered a baby inside a carton soaked in blood, still attached to the placenta. Immediately I saw the baby I raised alarm and
people gathered.  A woman among the crowd carried the baby to her house to clean up while I reported my finding at the police station.”

• The delivery

Vanguard reliably gathered that the young mother allegedly took labour inducing drugs to terminate her seven-month-old pregnancy. According to the source, when the pains became unbearable the girl’s friend, in the middle of the night, took her to the house of a nurse on the street, who refused to attend to her.

However, her friend eventually took delivery of the baby at the roadside close to the nurse’s house,” the source said. 

Recalling what possibly transpired in the night of the incident, one of the landlords adjacent to the scene of the delivery, who spoke on the condition of anonymity said:

“That night at about 2 am, we couldn’t sleep as we heard voices calling on the nurse that lives in that building. The shout was so intense, disturbing the serenity of the community. It was dark, nobody could come out because of the activities of oil bunkerers. 

In the morning, I went outside only to find blood everywhere especially at the scene of the delivery but I was not sure of why there was so much blood everywhere until a man found a new born baby girl dumped at his site.”

According to one of the residents of the area, Iya Abosede:

“The girl is from a good background. Sincerely, I do not know what went wrong. Although she tried as much as she could to hide the pregnancy, the entire community knew she was pregnant outside wedlock. But we didn’t know she was capable of abandoning the baby after birth.”

Moves to save the baby:

Police on patrol from Adolf Police post took the baby to El-Shadai Hospital for first aid.
The doctor at the hospital after administering first aid referred the baby to Igando General Hospital but she was not admitted for lack of bed space.

From there the police took the baby to Isolo General Hospital where she  couldn’t also be admitted for the same reason. At this point the baby needed life support to survive, so the police carried it to Mercy Hospital at Adeniji Adele, where she was finally admitted and placed in the incubator. Unfortunately it was too late and the baby died.

Her marriage announcement was made known by the Executive Director of Muslim Rights Concern, MURIC, Ishaq Akintola, whose organization has kept tab on the convert for months.

According to reports, Charity who has since changed her name to Aishat is getting married to the Islamic lawyer, Barrister Tijani, who handled her case during her conversion.

Her conversion was so contentious that she sort a sharia court injunction to be accommodated in the palace of the Etsu Nupe of Bida, Niger state, for fear that her parents and her Christian fellows would attack her. Her parents at the time accused the Etsu Nupe of abducting her and forcing her to denounce her Christian faith.

Aishat however stated categorically that it was a voluntary decision and was in no way forced by anyone "I joined Islam purely on my own terms. I love the character of Muslims that I have related with, particularly the way they behave. You know Muslims believe in God,”

After we published photos of Nollywood actors, Muna Obiekwe and Biola Ige in a raunchy act few weeks back, the clips went viral online. Muna claimed he can't remember doing anything of such with her but pictures don't lie. Biola herself later came out to say that it was a movie and that people should not judge her by what they see in the photos but wait until the movie is out and they have watched it.

The issue is: Why did Muna lie? Who leaked the pix? Did someone asked for séx to cover this photo?

I've gathered a lot from credible sources in the movie industry concerning this photo and it's not good at all in any guise. The pix was from a video camera, not a photo camera. That means there was not suppose to be a pix of the scene until it is edited but somebody got this from the video file all in a bid to achieve a rough agenda. I hope you know what I mean by "rough". Well, if you don't, you are on your own. I can't say much.

For now, there is a lot of blame games and all that going on but all fingers are pointing in two directions...

So many people were killed so we had to hide somewhere for our safety and we were 3 kids, my parents and our last child who was 6month old. While hiding, the Boko Haram gun men were approaching us. Hearing the sound of their guns, our 6month old baby started crying and the men were not far from us.

So, my dad needed to save us and he strangled the baby to death. Now the five of us are alive and healthy but staying in the village. My mum is yet to get over the fact that our baby was killed to save us all, she keeps blaming my dad for killing her child. Now, she wants a divorce. Accounts of Churches and Mosques Should Be Audited Annually – CONFAB Delegate Proposes

Dr Jonathan Obaje, a delegate representing Diaspora-Asian in the ongoing national conference and member of the Committee on Religion, has advocated for the annual auditing of churches’, mosques’, and temples’ accounts.

According to him, religion has to be “protected from being hijacked by criminals who hide under religion to commit crimes against gullible innocent citizens.” Hence, he's proposing that the accounts
and finances of all registered religious organizations, churches, mosques or temples must be audited annually by special religion account auditors. And then that the head of the auditors to these registered religious groups shall be from a different religion.

 In a position paper submitted to the committee and circulated to newsmen, Dr. Obaje postulates that the following should therefore be made Religion Crimes punishable by law:

•  1. Mounting of loud speakers on churches, mosques and temples which disturb personal and public peace of other citizens should be prohibited and punishable by law.
•  2. Religious buildings located in any community with population density of more than 1,000 persons per square kilometre should be sound-proof such that nobody outside the building can hear any sound from inside the building.
•  3. The broadcast of religion programs on public media should be prohibited. Provisions should be made for licensing of exclusive Religious channels.
•  4. Religious prayers at official and public functions should be prohibited. Only the National pledge can be recited at official and public functions. Public functions, in this case, is any gathering of a group of persons not for religious activities and in which there is one or more persons who may not subscribe to the religion in which the prayer is being conducted.
•  5. Obstructions to traffic by any religious group should be prohibited by law. This shall include, but not limited to, setting up road block, parking of vehicles on roads near religious buildings, centres, or activities. This should attract heavy fines or jail terms for key officials.
•  6. Religious organizations, groups, centres, churches, mosques or temples must keep proper register of auditable membership. Any religious organization, group, centre, church, mosque or temple with membership of 100 persons and above should be properly registered with CAC within 12 months of attaining membership of 100 persons.
•  7. The accounts and finances of all registered religious organizations, groups, centres, churches, mosques or temples must be audited annually by a special religion account auditors. The head of the auditors to any registered religious organization, group, centre, church, mosque or temple shall be from a different religion.
•  8. All funds or monies donated or accrued must be properly declared and lodged into the bank account of the religious entity within a week of receiving such monies or funds. Misused of funds donated or accrued to religious organizations, groups, centres, churches, mosques or temples should be made a serious crime. Salaries and allowances of staff of registered religious organizations, groups, centres, churches, mosques or temples should be decided by all registered members and made public.
•  9. Government sponsorship of religion activities should be prohibited. Nigerian government and its agents should withdraw from all national and international religious organizations forthwith.
•  10. No religious centre, church, mosque or temples shall be located on the premises of a government or public institution. Individual or group of individuals shall however be allowed to perform their private religious rights within the premises of a government or public institution to the extent that the rights of other citizens are not compromised, trampled or violated.
•  11. Speeches, sermons, preaching and teachings which make derogatory statement about other religions should be prohibited and punishable by law. Religious organizations, groups, centres, churches, mosques or temples should be allowed earn their relevance and respect by making positive contributions to the community and society and not by verbal condemnation of other religions.

 He concludes by noting that no multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-religious society or nation like Nigeria has ever risen to greatness without a legal framework to protect citizens' rights to religion and the laws to punish misuse of religion. The diaspora representative posits that Nigeria cannot aspire to greatness without protecting its moral values from religious criminals.
